On a more serious note - I know, Im sorry guys...
Surely the simplest way to do it is to lower age limits and increase pay...
I mean, you could get so many 16/17+yr olds jizzing for money that it would [insert suitable similie or description here] <--- NEW GAME!

Yeah, but is it legal to donate at 16/17? I mean, i know it'd be a totally dumb idea to make this illegal as Monster Rain said white gold is spilled needlessly anyway but still...

Would there be a market for sperm that young? Especially since it isn't anonymous anymore, ladies will be looking at what their child's father is like. I doubt there's much of a market for horny teenagers. Now if you were smart, you'd have to hold on to it for several years and track your donors. Then, when you end up with a gallon of Bill Gates sperm you can make a fortune!
Actually, the industry would change from recruiting superior genetic specimens to prospecting much like the fine wine industry. Oooh, Oxford class of 2009- a good year. I'll get a child now before they hit it big and prices go up.

Well, scraping sperm off a computer monitor, putting it in a cup (or smth equivalent done by a 16-17) ang going with it to donate kinda says pretty much about the boy's IQ...or its socializing skills, don't you think? I think the smartest offspring from that sperm would (at most) have the IQ and socializing skills of a chimp or gorilla.
Which actually explains a lot about the world's current state
