Loving the rockets. I think the missile tubes need some of the guard missiles sticking in, so you can see the cones down the tubes.

I'd also consider filling in the rectangular hole in the top of the chimera chassis and mounting some sort of targetting array, such as the one you get int he new Chimera kit, on top

The tubing for the missile slots was sized and purchased so that I can add the missiles. I want to get a basic coat of paint of them so I don't have to try to paint them in the tube.

I orignally was going to add the radar where the retangle is but I found that the missiles would blow it off if they fired. In hindsight I wish I had filled it in with greenstuff.

for the square hatch i would suggest cutting off those bits (parts of hatch) a smoothing the area on the plastic card with green stuff.

These guys look great. I love the chimeras but I feel like the tops are too "smooth" .. like maybe they need some rivets to match the sides? or else, less rivets on the sides so they match the tops? just being nitpickey... all looks great so far

I can has update?

Things have been slow. I started Necromunda so learning the rules and getting a gang together has taken up most of my time this week. I have the other medusa about 70% done. I also picked up some extra ideas for my manticore so hopefully an update in the next two days.

I just got some bits in today for the guys so I think I have everything I need to start on them. On the downside, I broke the screen to my phone which I use to take the pictures. I should be able to replace it in the next few week hopefully.

well Brian i have to say you can borrow my camera so the people that live on your work can have pictures. I don't need pictures as i get to salivate and hold them and try to run away to cuddle with the sweet conversions i seem to lack the skill of making... but hey i try. almost makes me wish i was a stay at home mom like you are. oops dad. my bad...HAHA

I like the Barret idea. Seeing as the Barret M87(I think, that or M89) Snipe rifle is chambered in the .50BMG round. BMG stands for Browning machine gun, so the exact same round, not just caliber.

Well the Manticore is converted and ready for some paint and waterslides. I will steal Mr Sleep's camera soon and take some pictures. All in all, one chimera left to finish then its on to the valkyrie.

Pics should be coming soon. I found one of my old digital cameras when we did our spring cleaning last week. Now just have to find the docking station. I give it a few days.

Beautiful work so far man, It's really impressive to see someone take on such a huge conversion task.

Can i suggest a Mil Hind and a base for a valk conversion, they look like a more rounded valk with chopper blades (it's what I am planning on using when I get the guts to try it)
