The Furioso will be terrific for Chaos Dreadnought conversions with two DCCW. Great sprue, lots of good parts on it.

I hope so! The venerable turned out to be awful for chaos conversions, so I'm hoping this one will be better Unfortunately, there's no plasma cannon arm! How can you have a chaos dreadnought without a plasma cannon?

The Furioso/Librarian sprue looks to be all we could have hoped for - I guess that spells the end for the Furioso I was building!
The Stormraven definitely looks better than that initial photo suggested it would. The wings seem to be properly anchored, and it's wider than I thought. It's still not clear what's going on with the tail; it looks to me as though there is a flat section that extends from the upper fuselage at the back. This probably houses whatever holds the Dread in place. The tail seems to sit on top of that. I think the tail may now be the main issue with the design; I'd be tempted to re-model it as a flat 'T' shape instead of a 'Y'.

I'm still converting the stormraven to have no giant vent or lascannon turret, and swapping the LC turret for the razorback LC turret. changes they've made from the "leaked" pic: SM gunner- servitor BA iconography- no BA iconography engine closer to the hull wider (?)

Except the gunner was never actually seen in the original photo('cept for a small bit of an unhelmeted head), iconography was pretty much guaranteed to be something easily fixed, and the engines being "away from the hull" was likely something that was caused by the terrible angle of the photo.

The Ironclad is currently probably the best for Chaos conversions, that and the original Dread kit if you don't need two CCW.
That sprue pic of the Furioso is good enough to see that it contains lots of good looking CCW options. The Blood Talons arms and claws should also work well for Chaos conversions.

note the eldar titan in the background...
I have several questions about that pic:
a) when is the titan coming out?
b) why is there a LR redeemer in a heresy-era army?
c) when are those sweet terminators coming out in the forground?

Yeah, I agree. Lots of flat places to put MOAR SPIEKS The blood talons should be great, especially if they come in all those pieces. I know a lot of people will be swapping those on standard dreadnoughts.
But I'll hold off on converting a chaos dread. All this talk of "New and improved plastic molding techniques" has got me excited for a dedicated kit for the CDread. An raptors too

The dreadnought sprues look pretty decent there. Loving all the weapon options on it & what looks like a sarcophagus with a psychic hood.
The storm raven sadly while looking better than the previous picture, still looks ugly & the angle of the shot is just hiding its worst features which you will still see from any other viewpoint.

I really hope you're joking.
The "power weapons" on those Terminators in the Minotaurs bit are just modified versions of the current, metal NFWs.
The "silver army on the back right" is Mark Bedford's Astral Claws(who have a silver and blue paint scheme) army.
