Talking on a more serious note. I have been a programmer for 6 or so years now, 2 years professionally, and I'm about to release my first computer software in the form of a new programming language of my own invention.

I can break computers pretty easily. Whether that is considered being good or bad with technology is probably debatable.

I love everything technology. I work as a web developer and designer by profession. So, I am naturally good at anything that involves computers or I am able to learn it quickly.

I can use a computer and replace hardware but thats about it. Now if you need your cars engine rebuilt im all over that.

I've built a fair few computers, pretty good at troubleshooting and setting up software systems. Ive networked my house several times due to hardware replacements. Im also a sucker for Audio/Visual, and so am alright at setting up audio systems and screen configurations. I do my research and thats how I get the know-how.

Im also highly effective in the role of trash talking mac's

I can get around basic tasks manageably, but hope to get better in the future. I'd like to build my own computer once I have the job to fund it.

I'll just say that I'm a natural at technology, and figure new things about it every day. I learn how to repair things rather quickly. I'm the type of person who says "Instructions? BAH!"

Never cared for the programming stuff, but I have hand built every desktop I have owned since my 486 sx 25 system I bought back ages ago so I could play XCom. Even on that machine, I swapped out the processor and upgraded stuff internally. Prior to that, I was doing similar stuff to my Amiga systems until the software market left them behind for the most part.

My current system blew out the power supply and I had it back up and purring within the day.

In my spare time i desighn things like railguns warpengines plasma weapons and sheild generators mech veihcles power armour ect.
the scary thing is that some of these things would actualy work if i could build them....

I'm fairly good at the software usage side of a computer being a trainee accountant, and I also get along with other forms of tech too such as mobiles and gaming consoles.

I would rather like to build my own computer one day though.......

I would say that I'm very good with a number of highly specialised programmes used in my work, but that other more general usage is very basic. I know what I need to.

Id say im somewhere in the middle... I can do everything i need to by myself and I usually end up being hte "Family tech guy".
