Isn't that the one where he crys "Watch out - he has a broken milk bottle!" - or something like that?

All the Hammer Films Dracula movies with Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee.

Of all the races of the universe the Squats have the longest memories and the shortest tempers. They are uncouth, unpredictably violent, and frequently drunk. Overall, I'm glad they're on our side!

There is a film from a few decades ago people might enjoy called Ghostbusters. It is about the problems of being a small business owner in 80s NYC as four friends deal with corrupt government organizations, possessed accountants, girlfriends that sleep above the covers, and sailors coming to town. Still they persevere because bustin' makes them feel good so all in all it is a feel good movie.

Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.

In other news, its an anime series but made in a manner where each of the eight episodes are a hollywood movie - Bubblegum Crisis. The main character is named after Priss from Bladerunner! Its like Streets of Fire, The Terminator and Blade Runner rolled into one. Hollywood is pissing around with deep-rooted japanese stuff like Ghost in the Shell and Battle Angel Alita, but they have anime that is more in tune America with Bubblegum Crisis and Gunsmith Cats.

Seriously, the girls give Tony Stark a run for his money, and transforming robo-bikes are right up the Transformer fan's street. And songs inspired by Jim Steinman...Hollywood is just looking in the wrong places entirely.

I'm pretty sure these don't count as forgotten movies, but they're pretty hard to find regardless:
Kelly's Heroes and Big Trouble in Little China.
Love both of these for different reasons.

Big Trouble in Little China is not hard to find here. $5 at Walmart. Yes, I have a second copy now.

I don't think people should be allowed to nominate cult classics like BTiLC or anything that received a sequel/remake. By definition, a cult classic is not forgotten. And a sequel means it drew enough revenue to get another shot at the apple.

BGC! had a whole slew of OAVs and the AD Police spin-off, plus Crash. It's not even close to being "forgotten". It was a very popular franchise.

Rock and Rule or Starchaser: The Legend of Orin would be forgotten good movies.

I'm waiting for someone to claim "Once Upon A Time In The Old West". Old? Yep. Forgotten? Hardly.

It did receive a brand spanking new series, 2040, back in the late 90s. But nowadays, not much going on. Whenever I talk to other anime fans they usually aren't familar with the series, so its nice to know others such as yourself are out there!

Rock'n'rule, now that was a pretty good animated movie. Bit strange in parts but good fun all the same.

Disney's The Black Hole is a fun sci-fi caper. Its obvious it was made to cash in on the success of Star Wars, but that aside its does a good job of reworking Twenty Thousand Leagues Under The Sea into a unique space opera.

The cast gels together well, given the material, and provide spirited performances. Vincent and Maximillian are the real hero and villian of the adventure and their reckoning is pretty much the first thrilling robot duel to grace the big screen. The vfx are solid for their time and surprisingly they hold up today.

The USS Cygnus is a wonderful ship model too. Just wish they had shown its fate for a few seconds longer at the end to appreciate the craftsmanship...
