The females look much betha then in Oblivion. I will take a viking/nord. Male, I guess. Maybe female, albeit that would be the 1st time in a game I choose to be a woman.

Ladies lips look a little... poofy, though.
And is it just me, or do the male Altmer look like really old women?
Also, yes, Orks are Mer. Orsimer, to be exact. But that breaks up the whole '3 Men, 3 Elves, 3 Beasts' thing. though technically Bretons are kindov elvish too...
And I'm definitely going for an Argonian. Everyone will believe they're Dragonborn!

There are no Drow in the Elder Scrolls. This is not DnD. Take Drizzt fandom elsewhere.

Drizzt is the god of Mary Sues.
Drow and Dunmer are nothing alike. People see 'Dark Elf' and start derping.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

How can you say that? Those gleaming ivory tusks on the Orc ladies, the silky fur of the Khajiiti females- the proud, wrinkled dewlaps on the Argonians? *pant*... Might have to make a Lifts-her-tail.

I know the difference, but Dark Elves will always be Drow, not "Derp-mer"
I just gave Drizzt as an example to frame the certain area of Drow I was talking about - the Underdark Drow in particular.

Source and quoted from: http://www.ripten.com/2011/08/25/one-hour-with-skyrim-finally-made-me-a-true-believer-hands-on/ Todd played coy, “Well, in Oblivion we only had a dozen or so voice actors, in Skyrim we have over 70… and I’m sure we’ll send out a press release with the full voice cast soon enough” Will the voice acting itself may not be better, at least you hopefully wont get people in opposite ends of the map sounding the same.

Dunmer literally mean "Dark Elf" though. It's Dun(dark)-Mer(elf) in the Elder Scrolls ancient languages. Like the Orks are the Orsimer, (I'm thinking it means Stone-elf or Mountain-elf), the High Elves are Altmer, the Wood Elves are Bosmer, the Dwarves are Dwemer (Deep Elves) and the Ayleids are, well, Ayleids. Hmm...

I wouldn't mind if they brought back the Nord lady, though. She was actually a decent voice actress- as were the Orks, actually.

Nords - Look awesome. Hopefully they won't be annoying as they were in Morrowind and Oblivion. So sick of drunk Nords.
Imperials - So much better.
Redguard - Where are the Rasta dreads?
Bretons - Alright.
Altmer - wtf Romulans?
Bosmer - Could their eyes be smaller?
Dunmer - wtf Remans? Some of them look fething evil though. I like that.
Orcs - Hells yes. Finally some Orc love.
Khajit - Incoming furry mods...again...
Argonian - The desire to play an Argonian named Jesus is overwhelming...
