Thanks there will be lots more where they came from but the priority goes to the Nurgle infestation and sorceress at the moment as they need to be completed first.

Things are going to start getting very green in this blog over the next few months, there is going to be a Tzeentch tank as well which has top priority if its ever posted!.

I prefer her a lot more than the other Sorceress I did.

Well I can safely say I've really mucked the paint job up on her, I wanted to do the robes white but I just cant seem to get it right and it all went very badly, so bad I've had to scrape the paint off!

I dont normally have any issue painting robes and cloaks on other minis metal/finecast, its just the plastic ones for some reason give me no end of hassle. I had the same issue with the Neromancer model and gave that up as a bad job.

Well I surprised myself today and finished the Emperor's Children Sorceress.

Here she is in red!

Sadly I didn't finish her before the sun went down so you will have to do with my sub par lamp light photos, she looks lots better in person.

Still having issues with taking pics like ever but I managed to get a few better shots of the sorceress this evening, I think I really need to think about getting a new camera mines about 8 years old and is getting to be a right pain.

Also a shot of Obliterator number three which I'm currently working on, there is a kind of OSL effect of the light coming from the minis left hand side its kind of lost in the pics.

I've also started to paint my Nurgle Daemon prince which I made ages ago, I'll give you some WIP pics tomorrow of him.

Not much else to report today, spent too much time reading last week to get much painting done!

That's a very interesting idea, and while I've played Space Hulk w/ Renegades vs. Imperium, it hadn't occurred to me in years and absolutely stands to reason that Obliterators would not only be found on a Space Hulk, they would actively seek them out due to the high probability of archeo-tech being on board... along w/ Genetealers, Orks, and who knows what other kind of wretched beasties.

Now I want to get out ALL of my Space Hulk tiles and host a game of 40K that uses same 40K rules, just as a boarding action vs. defending.

In regards to the Daemon prince update I promised on Sunday well I was really close to finishing him but didnt have time to do his base and weapon which was being a right pain and still is lol. Hopefully will finish him on Friday as I have a day off work to start assembling my Tzeentch Rhino which is well behind schedule.

Mines going to be a home conversion job. Although I've been waiting for a month for my rhino to be sent out from a mail order company, looks like I'm going to have to go into an actual GW and pick one up as I cant wait any longer . Warmill will be doing the doors again which I'm hoping I'll receive towards the end of the week.

My local GW actually did this last year, it was very fun

although they used the Kill Team rules from the Battle Missions Expansion

Hi All

Stayed up late tonight to finish my Nurgle Daemon Prince for you all, he's been sitting unpainted on my desk for about 6 months now. As Nurgle will be a strong theme this year for me he was first in line to get a lick of paint.

Here's the pics the puss effect was done with Vallejo water effect, all his puss holes are filled with it to give a nice liquid effect

He also has some nice dribble coming out of his mouth but I couldn't capture it on camera, maybe for the best lol

He is cool, I love the plague censer burner but I'm not so keen on the jump pack. Good way to represent him flying I suppose.
