Hey everyone, TableWar and Frontline Gaming are beyond excited to finally be unveiling our new wave of F.A.T. Mats to you! You’ve seen the teasers of the mats, now prepare yourself for the full frontal assault! The mad geniuses over at the Tablewar design studio have outdone themselves with these new F.A.T. Mats.



These have been in production for the past 6 months and after much work, adjustments, travel and logistical wizardry, we’re ready to deliver more great gaming mats to you all. These new F.A.T. Mats will allow us to bring the quality and convenience of the F.A.T. Mat to new game systems and provide more variety for systems we already work with.



If that doesn’t already get you pumped, then check your pulse because you may already have been removed form play after a failed save! These mats will be available for pre-order Monday, November 10th through the Frontline Gaming web-cart. Currently these new mats are only available in the North American web-store, but will be available in the Australian and UK web-carts soon.
These mats will ship in the first week of December.



We also want to take the chance to mention an exclusive, limited edition bundle deal. The upcoming X-Wing Armada game is designed to be played on a 3×6′ surface. Agreed, I've got my eye on one of the 6x4 alpine mats. Now I might have to wait and see what the Infinity one will look like.

We're working on that, but getting product over the border is a bear. It makes it difficult to keep enough margin for the retailers to turn a reasonable profit.

I love the idea of the two 3x3s with an image across both, but I'm looking for a more subtle space mat theme (or at least, slightly) but that isn't just a starfield.

So is the free bag promotion for November on all FAT mats, or just pre-orders of the new designs?

Also, is there a code to add at check-out or anything, or is it automatic?

Yeah, the shipping to Canada isn't cheap at all. If you have someone just on the other side of the border we can ship it to, that makes it significantly cheaper.

Oh, no convincing required... we're getting one. :-p She's just terrible about remembering to apply promotion codes, etc... So I wanted to make sure I could leave it to her and not miss out. :-p

Incidentally, best advertising you could have done was sending those mats to MiniWarGaming.com. All those gorgeous product placements wore me down from wanting one, to making a list of favorites... :-p

Very glad you liked seeing those mats on MWG, they're good dues and we enjoy working with them.

Had a game on one of the snow mats Yesterday and I can't see any reason for someone to complain about a brand name showing on the map.
I plan on buying one as soon as I have the funds.
