Unfortunately that means it could be either a chaos of loyalist Space Marine, some other imperial agent or pretty much any fantasy human figure!

Someone on war of sigmar coloured it. It looks a lot like chainmail, a buckle and armour. It is starting to look like an aos release.

New AoS race, the cookiaes, sentient snack food race that must be kept chained lest they escape uneaten.

Could be Bloodbowl, looks a bit like the plate for a team number they used to have on the old skaven players.

I think we need a more enhanced version of it.

Orks have a bunch of these on their backs, but what new model could they really even use? Now sure on dwarf cause it seems a little too sloppy for them. Probably Ork or Ogre.

I really think the portion (shown in green above) is a cape...and I think it's definitely not Orc.

Honestly, it looks more and more like it is something Orruk or "beast"-y. There's scraps of chainmail visible in the photo as well.

However awesome that would be, I still get more of an AoS vibe from this one. Probably Orruk, possibly Skaven or Chaos.

The fact that it’s damaged suggests to me that it’s one of the “evil” factions. Ork/Chaos would be my guess. Although it could be Death.

Dark Angel "Fallen" is my guess. Dinged and bashed up after 10,000 years fighting in the galactic hinterlands, remnants of their caliban knight armour/cloak/monk robes and clasp etc.

Fallen would not be wearing the bone white armor since that was adopted after the Fallen broke away.

New Chaos Blood Bowl Team possibly?

There's clearly chainmail in there. That's pretty rare in 40k, so I'm leaning towards AoS. Battle damage makes any of the Order factions unlikely, but it's difficult to narrow it down further. I'm leaning towards a chaos warrior of nurgle, since the round thing looks a lot like besagues seen on previous chaos warriors, mail is most likely to be seen on chaos warriors, undead or orrucks and nurgle or slaanesh seem like they should expect some new releases soon (and it looks a lot more like what I would expect from nurgle than slaanesh).

Fairly sure it's an airship of some kind - it's clearly got a wooden hull, with a porthole and what's looks to me a ship's rudder.

Some kind of steam punk golem would have been cool. Not interested at all in a steam punk tank or airship
