When someone sees your semi decent army and he presents a badly painted AoBR Warboss, and claims that you can't paint as well as him.

When your dice land in a small patch of skulls and your opponent claims that, as they are at a minute angle, they are cocked and have to be rerolled. Cost me the game.

My group runs by the general rule that if you can balance another dice on top of it, it isn't cocked. Saves us some arguments.

There's also the time-honoured method of settling games disputes with rock-paper-scissors.

You know that sinking feeling you get when you choose to fail leadership and run your assault marines out of combat, roll to see how far they run, move 'em back... then next turn, realise that the enemy Land Raider is RIGHT NEXT to them, so they can't regroup and have to keep running. They run again, and the Land Raider chases them right off the board.

Happened to my latest opponent, heh heh heh. I love my Land Raider. And I love that whole "can't regroup if an enemy's within six inches" rule. I've chased so many units off the board with that, it's great.

Don't even get me started. We used to use a board with hills, and if they were even slightly at the bottom of the incline, they were jacked, as we call it for PC-ness. I still call it cocked though.

When you have a week day off school, walk inot a GW to play a game against your friends, and realise they are not off today, or are lazy b.........buggers.
