Glad to see everything's been going smoothly in my absence
Excellent work on the 'loon with a gun', and the inquisitrix is coming together nicely. Maybe an old wolf scout pack for her back? Probably got one kicking about somewhere if you're interested.
Wow Monkey troll and barrels , the group shot of the barrels is cool , mate.. just need some destroyed ones now as explosion markers.. and some puddles ..
great to see you posting again monks
Edit oops wrong thread well the lady looks fine too , yarrick has a cool back pack to power his claw..

Remi - The combi sword is going to be ace. Making it from a Dire Sword and a little flamer from the FW Servo Skulls. I'll be adding a fuel tank to her back (along with a power pack)
LDD - The little =I= will be in the middle, between them. The riffles on the back of her skirt are thigh bones She will definitely have a few thinks hanging around her waist just not sure what yet. Probably no holster since it would be too big....dammed massive bolt pistols!
Dexter - You want me to remove her ribs like Prince? Good idea that, I might try and up armour the lower section/half of her boobs and give the impression of it showing off her armoured cleavage. I dremmeled the skulls out, finecast is so good to convert/cut up.
Prime - The large shoulder pads and torso is easily explained...its think armour. I'm happy with it as her actual shoulder look to be in the right place.
Ghostflame - The combi sword weapon will be a Dire Sword and a little flamer from the FW Servo Skulls. I'll be adding a fuel tank to her back (along with a power pack) so it doesn't make the sword ridiculously big.
Gerner - Cheers
endtransmission - Thanks for the offer but I have some hazard gear cadians, to be made into storm troopers, in my bits chest for next years project* I 'll have a look and see if it works. I think I might try and add a few angles to her torso rather than smooth out her leg.
KrautScientist - Cheers. Yes she has been hard, hence her being the last in the group to be made. The problem is the lack of good female parts...though a few have come to light recently.
Baiyuan - I agree about the weapons swap....you don't get much more imperium of man than by strapping two weapons together. Ok stealing her backpack might actually work for me. Knowing you it is about 200 parts....give us a list of the 198 Samarianne rear shot http://www.dakkadakka.com/gallery/327883-.html?m=2 . Though I'm still keeping my options open since she is no where near finished yet.
inmygravenimage - cheers dude, thanks. But I imagine that the GK shoulder pads would be way too big.
monkeytroll - Hey dude. It has been running smoothly but its good that you're back. You're the second person to suggest the wolf backpack but I'm not convinced by it....too space marine I think....besides I'd just turn the sensor into a shoulder mounted cannon
neil101 - lol dude....to much forumage will leave you posting in all sorts of places.

If you're just talking about the backpack, it's quite simple in this case: The backpack is the set of vials that come with the grey knight apothecary. Cables cut off, sculpted a top to integrate into her armor and done.

That's bad news, just keep going, I've been experiencing the same on Hope. Not with boobs, but you know what I mean.

Really loving the loon and the background the Female Inquisitor is looking good reminds me off a few of the characters from the DH book. It's the corset and fangs combo I reckon
"But me no buts! Our comrades get hurt. Our friends die. Falkenburg is a knight who swore an oath to serve the church and to defend the weak. He'd be the first to tell you to stop puling and start planning. Because what we are doing-at risk to ourselves-is what we have sworn to do. The West relies on us. It is a risk we take with pride. It is an oath we honour. Even when some soft southern burgher mutters about us, we know the reason he sleeps soft and comfortable, why his wife is able to complain about the price of cabbages as her most serious problem and why his children dare to throw dung and yell "Knot" when we pass. It's because we are what we are. For all our faults we stand for law and light.

The deposed governor is incredible. I like that model anyway but your conversion of it just brings it to a whole new level! So perfect. Love the guy with the auto gun and all the purity seals too. So much character!
Looking forward to seeing how the new inquisitor turns out...
Turns out I've done ok with the armour plates. Now they are dry and filed they are the right size and shape.
Baiyuan - I know what you mean
lone dirty dog - Never going to happen. Small and pert
Llamahead - I've been heavily inspired by the Dark Heresy books. But it is difficult not to be since the DH books are probably the only ones with imperial noble women in.
jackanory - You'd not seen him...must have been something to do with you being sucked into a parallel Victorian universe. Cheers dude this group have been a labour of love. One more to go and the first half of the group are complete. Then I want to add a sanctioned psyker, Black Guard, 2 eccliesiarchy servitors, Female Arbitrator, wild west style hired gun and possibly an imperial guardsman. But those guys can hang on for some more necromunda goodness.
inmygravenimage - which is such a relief because a lot of sculptors think bigger is better. Or ridiculous is better. I'm of the opinion less is more.

Totally agree even if women have large breast they strap them down with sports bras so they don't bounce around even though that's a shame
So in reality they would never be that over imposing, although when it comes to female vampires they should have large succulent breasts as they always do in the movies

where am I? *looks around* Well i'm...errr...I...I...don't know!
I'm sorry, but women that are soldiers, fighting for their whole lives would not have large breasts (which all sci-fi women seem to have, along with very slim waists). Breasts are simply fat, if you are exercising alot then the fat of them will reduce, that is why sportswomen (eg. athletes, swimmers) don't have large breasts. It seems more probable for all these sci-fi figs that they have had lots of breast implants, which would just be pointless in the battlefield. Besides military food in 40k can't be great considering how many they have to feed so i'd say that smaller boobs on female figs would actually be more realistic.
That said, with an inquisitor, having breast implants to make them larger might become useful in negotiation....

LDD - Your post was going so well and then ...............................
Imperial Monkey - No breast implants here. Just some armour in the style of a ball gown....
Here are some further wips....
First one with her cherub on a separate base (fantastic little sculpt).
Then inspiration hit me as I was taking the above picture....
Now I much prefer this...I think it looks great whispering in her ear. Now this I suppose creates some problems in game...but then I didn't really want to use the cherub in game anyway. So it is particularly shy and cowardly and whenever there is any fighting it will hide behind her etc.
Does it look better on her shoulder? Though I think I've made up my mind.

I like the character it brings to the whole sculpt while it's perching on her shoulder, so I'd leave it. The ballroom gown/armor idea is a great one, and is (as always, damn you!) perfectly executed. The purity seals are a nice touch too

Well, besides the breasts debate (bigger always better but unfortunately unrealistic ) the model is looking superb, the model is really jelling together and the extra work has paid of the corset armour ROCKS !!!
As for the cherub I like it on the shoulder but think for practical reason (as in movement ) could create a few issues, depending whether it is pinned or not
Hows the back pack going or have you nocked it on the head

I had slipped through the breach but the Necro40k-verse is inspiring me more - modelling wise - at the moment.
Love the little cherub there. Really "Blanche-ian"! I'm sure you'll back it up with an awesome paint job.
Vitruvian XVII - bionic eye smionic eye. That my friends is the base work for a psi-occulum. I'm thinking three lenses should do the trick.
prime12357 - Cheers. Perched is such a good word to use with a cherub.
monkeytroll - I had to change the SOB corset, even just a little, to make her less sisterly.
dsteingass - Dude I wouldn't buy one with bazooka boobs Hmmmm female oblitorator conversion
KrautScientist - Thanks man....no don't encourage the breast convo...or it'll turn into female fisherman's jumpers.
lone dirty dog - Don't mention the backpack/vent thing....tis a dirty word that stalled my progress. I'm leaving it until last and hoping inspiration will slap me silly. Oh everything is pinned...even plastic conversions are pinned.....one can never have enough pins. The cherub will have no in game effect at all.
jackanory - Well I've blamed John for the character of the whole warband so I'm not surprised you see the Blachian vibe going on. Glad you're back on board with the grim darkness. I'm looking forward to seeing more detail on your armatures.

Can't believe the discussion about boobs, but that might be my fault for preferring most other aesthetic aspects of a womens body over her breasts. Maybe some of you guys should call their moms and ask them whether they massively over-/under-breastfed them in their childhood (maybe even youth...)
Anyway, great work Peter. The cherub on her shoulder is waaay better then on an extra base, feth game mechanics. Considering you chose this arrangement, you'll like my archivists menial/cherub, who has a similar position, yet entirely different function.
The technical highlight of this one must be the purity seals which are both perfectly sculpted and positioned.
Will you keep the vampire fangs? While one could reason she's got scary implants (apart from the boobs), I think it would be more suitable to get rid of them.

First up I should say that I love all your miniatures and they were one of the main inspirations to me to join Dakka.
I am very impressed by the bionic-eye/psi-occulum considering how incredibly tiny her head is. If you have a headless Isabella body lying around, would you say that a dark eldar head would fit it, or would it be oversized? I am preparing to give my Isabella a radical haircut.
I also really like the cherub on her shoulder, it ties into the whole shoulder angel concept, though traditionally the good/angelic side is the right shoulder, so this cherub is not as angelic as it appears, perhaps.
