They are not making metal anymore...so either they are dropping them, or redoing them in finecast, or redesigning them. They are too popular to drop, And the sculpts are a bit dated IMHO- I bet they reboot them, give them plastics etc.

I love the metals tbh... at least they are shorter than SM's... so probably the only thing that has a sense of scale compared to the other ranges... plus, early 2000's when Witch hunters came out they had an influx of additional models done which weren't too bad imo... but anyways not to everyones tastes lols
and poop... that'll herald a price hike on ebay then, as thats where I'm tracking all mine down from... largely because I can get them dirt cheap there...  fracking gak

Man... my respect for you keeps growing. You do more with an idea in a day than a lot of people ever do period. Watching that buttress go from idea to paper to mockup to model in such a short period of time (and done WELL I should add) was nothing short of amazing. You really have what it takes to do this right. I applaud your many skills and am always appreciative that you share your work step-by-step.

..You made me look closer Galorn..and you were right, except it's not the wall piece needing shims, but the bottom course of bricks is behind the bottom trim peice, so it was all lowered that much...
I stripped it and started over. I'll leave the trim to dry and cut new brick tomorrow.
It's bedtime now.

ok... i squeezed in some online time before the party starts... kids are taking atm their middday nap at home... chillout time for the grownups before the storm is blasting our ears off i guess^^

yes it was worthwhile to have a peek in your thread^^
the buttress is looking very cool! at first i was unable to understand the upper section but then you let it stand upright i see that it is the crown of the piece!!! very good indeed... by the way... if you follow that line of design i suggest you making some nice gothic looking chimneys... really it would be only a small redesign...
