Your weathering and chipping and rust is all absolutely top notch. How did you do that lumpy mud on the destroyer/demolisher?

Not had anything to post in here for a while, thanks for all the comments, glad you like them.

The mud effect seems to change a bit each time, I either try something different or just forget what I did before. For most it's just sand, stuck on with PVA; then painted any earth tone brown, dry-brushed with a sand tone. General mud/dust is MIG pigments either fixed with thinners or H20.

Just about finished with a Medusa, so will post pics soon.

Awesome work dude; and I hear ya on taking breaks and it lasting forever only to get sucked in with the hope of "finishing". Problem is its usually during these peaks of hope is when you drop more cash on collecting more models to "finish" said projects :( thus keeping you stuck in the cycle.

Those Adepts Mechanicus are the best I've seen. The guard tanks are awesome intricately detailed without going over the top and into silly. My favourite detail is the maps around the baneblades turret. Intricate, brilliantly executed and best of all practical and believable.

Not got any IG on the go at the mo, I have a couple of Chaos renegades to do, some zombies to finish alongside a group of Ad Mech. Also just dug out my old Grey Knights as I've always disliked the bases, so they will get a re-vamp.

Did you go for a WWII German look? Cause if you did. You've done well!

Very nice IG tanks, sadly many of the pictures had exceeded their bandwith limits but what I saw was just lovely and inspiring.

Yeah, those pictures should be back up by the 18/19th. That Photobucket always tends to take a dump towards the middle of each month . . .
