This is some of the best IG work I've ever seen. I love the realism and the use of military modeling techniques. You should look into commissions if you are up to it.

The camo netting is just pieces of medical gause, soaked in a mix of olive green paint, water and PVA. The paint colours the gause, the water makes it sag/hang with some weight and the PVA sets it hard. Once dry lightly dry brush with a light brown/sand tone - job done.
