Nice stuff there.

I particularly like the officer in the first, the guy kneeling with the goggles, the boonie hat, and the ghillie cloak at the end.

Thanks for all the feedback comments.

@ Broadside : Backpack are (L-R) Vox from Catachan Command sprue, Cadian pack from FW upgrade pack, Medics pack from Cadian Command sprue.

@ MadMaverick76 : Cheers, it was an attempt at a Multicam/MTP feel. Done about four squads with this pattern and so far each one has turned out slightly different.

Previous effort was a take on three colour desert, the pictures came out a bit muted :

That sums up the whole hobby!

You can often find individual components from 'bits' sellers on eBay. Saves buying the whole kit.

@ MadMaverick : The coat is indeed GS. It was a first attempt at using it for something other than as a gap filler.

Get a better idea of what the colours should look like in this snap as I used a flash.

Thanks for all the kind comments, I've had a delve into my old photobucket and found some of my early IG,
some of these were done a long time ago but I redid the bases a couple of years ago to make them blend in a bit:

I know the transports non Codex, but the IG had Speeders back in Rogue Trader so why not.

Comparison shot of different camo attempts. (L - R USAF Tiger stripes; DPM smock over OG lightweights ['1980's Brit]; Multicam) That was the idea anyway . . . .

Noooooo not multicam; should have gone with MARPAT!

Either way great job, the fact that it's easily distinguishable as multicam is the amazing part. I really like how you value the low-profileness of IG fluff, whenever I see those flashy bright colored regiments I want to smash their models and hit them in the face for it.

Damn, just nearly sprayed coffe over my keyboard! LMAO
Cheers for that mate.

I thought about having a go at MARPAT (desert version) on the previous IG platoons, went with the three colour pattern instead as it was a lot simpler.

Added a bit more green to the Multicam effort to try to make it look more like Brit MTP.

And just to really freak you out here's an old pic of some of my earliest IG - suffer!

These guys spent over a decade forgotten about in a storage unit - thinking about repainting them (got approx platoon of 40 blokes)

Really liking the models, they all seem to have quite a bit of character about them, nicely done.

Really digging the weathering on the Landspeeder storm conversion you did, looks awesome!
