Turn 2 i assault 10 kroot in a building with a chaos daemon prince with all 4 wounds on him, he never got to make his attacks.

A mate of mine was taking on a CSM Khorne based assult army w/ abbidon, with his footdar, around 2k pts IIRC.

he then went on the biggest streak of win he can remember, by almost tabelling the CSM in 3 Turns!!

The lone abbidon then decided to get into the game and then set to the task of dismantling and destroying the best part of 1.5k pts of leftover eldar by himself. lol

talk about fail.

Back in 4th during my sojourn with Blood Angels I had a unit of 10 Death Company wearing jump packs with a Chaplain that I used in every single game. Mostly because of the prospective 40 S5 I5 attacks on the charge with Rending, and re-rolls to hit. They never seemed to do much, but they didn't really ever die so I couldn't complain.
During a game against Tau I had managed to claim the lives of a unit of Crisis suits, some Fire Warriors and even an unsuspecting Devilfish. After seeing this my opponent properly shot them down to the seventh layer of hell, taking out all the DC and leaving the Chaplain with one wound. Trying to go out with a bang, he charges towards the nearest unit of Sniper Drones...
And suffers a fatal concussion from one of the drones colliding into him, killing him instantly.

I only have a couple to talk about, but I think you'll find them the greatest thing ever,

I took a squad of 5 pulse carbine fire warriors, charged them up a hill into a squad of 4th ed tooled out genestealers and won combat chasing the last one off the board with 2 fire warriors.

The next game I played with tau, I ended up chasing a ork truck around the board for 3 turns with an emp grenade until I finally assaulted it and blew it up only to have the big mek shoot the one fire warrior.

Playing against an ork player that had 2 big meks with the guns (what ever they are called) the first turn of shooting he took out 21 of his own lootas and the mek and on the other side of the board took out a squad of 15 boyz with the other mek. on the first turn, right after the other.

An IG player during a tournament thought it was a good idea to roll his basilisks squad onto the board through some trees (its was dawn of war) and rolled double ones for the terrain tests taking them both out at the same time first turn of the game.

Of course the never ending battle between a wraith lord and a daemon prince that lasted 4 turns only to have the daemon prince with 1 wound left on him charged by another wraith lord.

I was playing a necron player, and ended up immobilizing a wave serpent on top of a wrecked monolith, it was destroyed and another wave serpent was parked on top of it.

a wave serpent with 10 howling banshees first turn of the game got hit with a def kopta, and they ran off the board first turn.

Wraith lord was charged by a squad of thousand sons... Enough said.

I had a squad of striking scorpions (10 man with exarch) get taken out by a squad of 3 genestealers in one turn.

Never ending battle between my ven dread with plasma cannon and a vendetta gun ship, (both couldn't move, both had one gun)

I had a squad of dire avengers flamed for a total of 23 wounds and didn't lose a model (epic win for me,) until they got shot at with a lemon russ

thats all i got, dumb things happen when you lest expect it.

There *are* gender neutral pronouns. They aren't the most well thought out (IMO), but they do exist. 'It' is what you use to refer to your car, apartment, and job. He/she/zhe are for people.

Oh, and I got around to doing that roleplay tonight. ^_^ Chaos Daemonette posing as a Sister of the Flame tries to seduce the Chapter Master of the Hellfire Marines. Not terribly unusual, but then a Hellfire Marine guarding the Chapter Master's room - they've had trouble with Imperial assassins before - who formerly worshipped Slaanesh was eavesdropping, realized what was going on, and busted in, grabbed the daemonette, and held her down with his foot - she was wearing power armor so she was okay. ^_^

Now the Chapter Master is trying to decide what to do with her, since she's been restrained with his psyker powers - the Chapter Master isn't even a proper Space Marine, he's a xenos who wears power armor and commands their loyalty after he freed them from slavery to the Chaos gods - and ballgagged since she wouldn't stop trying to turn the Chapter Master to Slaanesh-worship even after having been found out.

I'm mentioning this, because I want to know, how long do lesser daemons - like daemonettes- generally stick around in the material realm? I may be mixing up my D&D terms with my WH40k terms. Days? Months? Years? Under what conditions do they recede back into the Warp?

Once on the second to last turn. Bjorn the Fellhanded took on a pair of Dreadnoughts before that a Scout Squad and -before- that a Land raider.

Well one scout managed to evade the fell-handed's mighty grip. And he basically via melta bomb had orgasmic romance explosion that would make Pamella Anderson quiver on Bjorn's rear. This scout sat on top of him and claimed a full 3 extra objectives from me.

He was also my last unit on the board.

My biggest fail:
Sisters (me) vs IG objective mission
One of the few games where I practically tabled my opponent and held an objective, he had one IG sergeant left on his objective.
My Exorcist shot 5 missiles at him, hitting with 3, wounding with 2 and his cover save protected him.
Last turn, same thing. WTF!
That was one heroic sergeant that's for sure

After my daemon prince destroying everything in its path , my friends space marine sergeant killed him with a bolt pistol because he was on his last wound >:C

My worst and most humiliating failure in this game would be after my deathstar unit jumped out of their land raider with a Chapter master and Chaplain and assualted and killed both an avatar of khain and a howling banshee squad, the my opponents following turn involved him dooming said unit, and shooting it to bits... To no avail. In the Assault phase, he charged my with three war walkers, which proptly blew up cover my entire deathstar... Well, the attempts to wound me the first time didnt go so well, untill I "accidentally" reminded my opponent that they were doomed. After about a minute of humor in my FLGS he rolled all wounds, and i rolled 30 "2s" for the vanguard, 3 2s again for my chaplain.... and guess what? 3 more 1s on the chapter master.... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE GAME

Most humiliating way to die?

Having a kroot kill you upon entering the battlefield because you arrived too close to him.

gahtzall thraka killed by termagaunt (true story, I had ghatzall and got PWN)

Killing my opponents winged hive tyrant with a bolt pistol.... twice in 2 games (when it has one wound I tend to roll the melta first... but it either misses or doesn't wound!)

Having a lone Reclusiarch blitz about 1/3 of my opponents army then on his last wound surviving 2 dakka preds, TLAC dred, and tac squad shooting at him (I made 13 saves in a row!)

2 rhinos and a predator lost turn 1.

Friends Primaris Psyker and squad get charged by Vulkan, vulkan against the P. P.

3 hits, 3 wounds, 3 refractor field (5+) saves - primaris swings back, hits once, wounds once, fails his 3++ save and gets gibbed by the force weapon.

being killed by a guardsmen is bad enough.
