This...actually happens quite a bit. Might be the most accurate thing in 40k tbh.

Remember that a "miss" doesn't mean you actually pulled the trigger and didn't hit.

It can mean you didn't have a clear shot, your hit was so poorly placed that it couldn't possably do any damage, or the damage was so superficial that it doesn't do anything besides scratch the paint.


in reality, anti-tank weapons still need hit the right spot. There will be areas that the tank/vehicle may be completely invulnerable to your weapon. You may have fired and simply missed the area of vulnerability.

Only in 40K can you win when you only have 1 unit left on the board, and your opponent has only lost 3 units.

It's called statistics for a reason. As in statistically, you are more likely to roll X than Y.

This doesn't mean a particular roll, such as double 6's is impossible (2.78%) just not as likely as rolling a 7 (16.67%).

Heck, for a single die roll, any number (1-6) has an absolutely equal chance of occurring (16.67%).

Only in 40k is this guy considered a threat to the galaxy.
