Any smaller mini gun ranges that would be more resonable? if you had the weapons from the zombie survivors from WGF they have plenty of good weapons not at the comically oversized GW weapons scale. (Like GW is compensating?)

different weapon kits for the groups, leaving a large number of spare weapons of proper size and such.

I'd love to get both of those kits they look right up my street. And like you say, realistically scaled weapons! As for felicity I think I might get her a knife in the meantime.

This year as a special gift to myself I bought some plastics (for variety). I got a box of 4 skelingtons amd two tomb kings champions (without chariot sadly), you know the ones with the big bendy swords. I got an empire duelist made from bits and a plastic multipart chaos warrior, two of the old high elf plastics, spearman and archer, and a plastic high elf mage. Finally I got a random bunch of drek, I can see an old dark eldar and a mutant scavvy, not sure what the rest are maybe someone recognizes them?

First fully plastic model in years. I love the way my razor goes through it like it were cheese. The new plastic stuff is very pose-able, I like it.

For reasons unknown I've started out by painting him all over jade green. I'm not sure I meant to do that! Oh well better roll with it; "those paint splotches are birds now" stylee.

The two at the back are scavengers from em4! They still exist - you should check out the range. There are a few others you'd probably like and they're super cheap!

Oh yes scarper they look a bit like copplestone castings - but with a slotta.

I would have been back with you quicker nerdfest but unfortunately had to go to work. Bummer.

Now why the hell did I paint it emerald green? Why? I was mixing up a weird base wash and I put a bit to much green in it and it looked black to my eye in a puddle. It looks nice though.

That is actually a damn good effect Weets! really nice colour, would be good for an Aztec themed marine force ;-)

Its 1:1:2 parts P3 armour wash, P3 red ink and P3 green ink. I was supposed to do equal parts and get a sort of pains grey colour. Yeah I like it too so I'll roll with it.

Interesting that the red seems to have accumulated in the cracks... or did you apply each wash separately?

He is a duplicate - so here he is with his doppleganger I painted a year ago - there is some improvement in smoothness and lots of new techniques.

Blood for the Blood God! Khorne favors red, black, and brass. Brass weathers green over time. So you're all set. He's a really (really) old World Eater Champion that went with 100% brass armor.

Scavvies look ace! Very well done!
