i have been working on the ogryn bodyguard with the beer keg idea... for now nothing to show you... but one question...

would you think i will get away by kitbashing ork hands with guns and ogre arms? for me atm the size difference is not that straight in the eye to be seen...?

Size is fine. Totally abhuman it up for the retinue. Ratling with a yard of ale sounds like an easy conversion from sniper rifle

i am totally interested in making an abhuman retinue for this inq...
the ogre is coming along... and i have some beastmen parts too... and i cold even include ratmen and lizards too... or would that be too much of a good thing?

The beastmen need wooden plaques around their throats. That way when they die he can behead them and they are already mounted .

What excellent choice for the INQ stuff. I am also a fan of the waste land scene.

LDD Tau are flat faced lizards, so they would have a poultry like taste, as they are growing hair and have vestigial scales, maybe a little pork or beef like?

Vik sounds like Ogryn and others makes this an unusual and interesting Inquisitor.

also... i would have liked to add a helmet to that bare knuckle face... but alas i have nothing that i could think of that would fit the bill... sizewise or style wise...(my usual mix of imperial and empire rennessaince stuff...)
the upper armor is supposed to look like a roman stripe armor...it will get some rivets soon... but any other ideas... specially to the headgear would be highly valuable for me...

also...the inq is now primed and soon gets his forst basecoats...

and p.p.m. still...the halfling sniper is a planned thing... he will have a nice beverage cover

I like the armor you've chosen for the ogre I think the helmet that might work for him would be to use the one from the chaos defiler, and maybe make it similar to the one from Gladiator movie.

Looks good so far but I think a bigger barrel is needed as for the defiler head mask it fits perfectly on an ogre.

Ah, to find a nice ogryn scale model with straps in hand and a large object on the back,,,,,made into a keg or replaced with one. But so far looks good to me!

So, I notice in history, Vik, Germany seems to love red and yellow colors, any ideas as to why?

Ive finally re-surfaced after my disappearing act again

This time im back painting and have even more ink lol.

at shaso... i think you need to ask other resident germans for this, i only know that the colors of red, black and gold where used to make our flag after the revolution of 1848...(which in my opinion didn´t come next to the french revolution at all...or the revolution of russia or the U.S...)
i know that the yellow and red were used even before this but i have no clue... maybe there are so many colors that you can use so that the bloke next to you knows he isn´t allowed to hit you but instead bawls at the guy in front of him who wears white and blue

the ogryn is now based and the "toga" got some rivets to make it look less togalike

but i am still not anything near to a helmet sollution... mebbe i should leave it un- helmeted...defiler heads are hard to come by...really hard...

Vik... how bout a nice undersized german ww2 helmet for that much to big Ogre head? Seems to me drunkards will put anything on... And helmets like that I have lots if ya need a few...

Add a nice pike on top and its almost a ww1 prussian helmet too...

Thats both arms done fully now and im booked in for 15 hours on my back the 1st of next month, then booked in for 12 hours on my chest on the 1st of november lol.
