the Tacs will be seconded and re assigned to my FleshEaters and my *ahem* spare resin marines shall be Slaanesh converts to get that part of the force off the ground so that's those spares sorted!

only bad/good thing is now I've been chopping and changing my ideas i've collected a few choice models I now have 'lying around' mortis contemptor anyone lol! looks like the Fleshies are gonna get a whole lotta new toys soon! I went back through and I've still got a bunch of stuff for them waiting.....

and I just want to give the heads up I hope to have Angron finished this weekend! I've already worded up Nerdwench 'Not to bother me woman!!' and to only knock on the Nerd lair if 'you better be bringin' yo man food!' ...... of course the actual conversation was more ' sweety do you mind if i finish this model I'm painting for Whaley over the weekend? I really want to get it done for him, yes I can rub your feet if you want? and you'd like a coffee wuv you xxx'

Kinda makes me think we should do a secret santa for xmas! you know, a group of us puts down a choice of 3 minis theyd like for whatever reason...army or whatever....we all get mixed up and its randomized then we all paint a mini for a friend on dakka! Though you dont know whos painting your mini and which mini it is! Itd be fun and i always paint better when its for someone else! Though damned it would be hard to keep from posting progress on dakka LOL. hmmm ....

And does anyone know the size comparison with the FW Flesh Hounds? I'm hoping to use some as the base for some spawn for my Slaanesh force but can't find how big they compare with things??

I just also bought a DE Medusae to convert as Slaanesh sorcerer done as 'Pinhead' :-)

Phew! I was so close! I nearly finished Angron today but not quite. But I am proud to show you a bunch of work in progress shots to show you where i'm at with him he's turning out really nicely imo, I quite like the base and the colour of his armour which is highlighted up to a really bright bronze, need to work on the leather straps and details and his face then the cloak and he'll be done all but a touch up session on the dead marines hope he looks as good as what you thought i'd do?

first up the base Angron will stride through decimating friend and foe alike!

lol Theo! Damuppet! :-) and yep, he'll have some ink too, i'm recycling some fake tattoo sleeves Nerdwench wore last Saturday for my sisters 30th

I don't know if he's washable,but if he is you could use the washable markers to give him new tats for each series.

Or like me I could just add more to the collection? ;-) I even have a couple more in the thinking process now..... I think he'll be fun to muck around with once I glue the beard on and stuff, then the creative starts!

and how'd you go with your interview? d'you get the job dude? I've got a interview on Monday for a promotion too and the nerves are getting to me!

Angron is fantastic Damo. His victims are appropriately gory, though in truth... with a chain axe I think there should be blood spatters on the big man himself. I love the pencil mustache... makes him look like a sleazy 1950's add exec.
