Those Kans are ace. I absolutely LOVE the furnace looking on their back. It looks wonderful.
The work on the metals is great to.


The sticky oil on the pistons is a nice idea !


The Blood Angel character looks pretty good to. His face in particular is eye-catching.
You're no too bad at painting, mate. Great job !

Hey San, thanks man, I was going to do the axe in a molten lava red like I tend to always go back to when i don't know what to do but I was browsing FTW and his method just seemed to be very 'Damo' and I gotta say i like it and will be using it again!

Cheers! but there's no nmm on him! and I do like the face, not just the paint but the actual face just seems to fit him well, it's all part of the way I 'feel' a model

Ha, golden! cheers dude, I didn't want him to look like a sang guard but still be visually recognizable as a elite character and fit with the squad if he leads them, plus I don't like nipple armour either

One thing I noticed on the Warbringers Capt is the shield hand looks awkward and unfinished, as though it's not actually attached to the shield or something. Now maybe that's where the upcoming bits come in, but just incase... Food for thought.

Anyway great work all round as per usual

And I think the NMM technique with metals is just MNMM. Same sound I make while eating a good pizza.

Hey Guys, I got some W.I.P for you I sat down for a little bit yesterday and today and worked on my Librarian with a jumpack, but first I better reply to a few posts! I need to apologize if I've been pretty poor replying to everyone lately but I read every post and love every polite comment and bit of advice and criticism!

Thanks Az it works well with the green shades, it's just the brightest highlight colour used as a paint chip then some metal

lols Theo! I gotta say I am really happy with Dante myself, it's funny, I have a certain level or way i paint my own tabletop work and I really like how it looks even though it's a little less involved than what I can do it makes me smile when i see them all together and Dante is up there looking epic! i'm glad you like him!


O.k back to the Libby! this guy has confirmed for me a couple of things, firstly, I don't like painting blue and secondly, I don't think i can paint blue well but that aside, I believe it still fits in with my style and the rest of the force i've done?

saying that, I am still happy with him and like him but he hasn't flowed like my others he's working now and I'd love feedback on what way i can/should paint the other parts of him like the staff etc.

now for Librarian (I need a name for him people!)

Righto, I also sat down and doodled a bit today I was thinking about whipping up a picture for Gits kids and didn't want to hole myself up in the Nerdlair while the Nerdwench was home, but I could grab a pen and draw and still be in the lounge (yes, my home isn't just a painting room! ) I believe one plays Necrons and the other Tyranids, so I got the basic ideas penned down and I'll finish them a bit later on!

I find it annoying you can paint and draw so well.

Hey guys, you this whole Killteam thingy right? well, i'm thinking I want to make one for myself :-) but I want to base it around an Inquisitor and his warband of assasins and muscle! can anyone help me out with if it's possible to do? I think i need 6 models right?

i've ideas for models already but don't want to make them unless I can actually use them for fun! :-)
