I feel like the itch man is almost a parasite of mortex copy. no complaints... just pointing it out.
For the super scarab, can you cumulatively add the +1 bonus for production line? AKA after four turns of waiting, you can roll a 7 and get a lord?
Alltogether though, I like the rules. can't wait to playtest them.

Sort of...maybe...we sorta think. And even if The Great Silver Wyrm Asirnoth IS a Necron, it's pretty much the only recorded sighting? Also, if there were some Necrons awake, why would they be any different from Necrons in 41M? All their technology was invented way, way before. Why would it be different in 30k to 40k?? In fact, given the slow process of waking, wouldn't it be more likely that a Necron army in 30k has fewer resources, smaller units, less technology etc...?

Why would 30k Necrons be appreciably different from 40k Necrons? There were less tomb worlds awake, they'd only have less, not more units and technology available.
Now if these were War in Heaven Necrons you might have something but not for 30k era.

Ok, so even if your force is from the one awakened Tomb World, why would their technology be better than in 40k?
the crons would have less, not much less but less. With fewer tomb worlds awake you would have less variety. They certainly wouldnt be any more powerful than they are today.

10,000 years less rusty nite nite time!
Because they were sleeping for less time my guess is they are less likely to be corrupted from stasis damage. Thus access to weapons/memory/tactics that didn't survive till 40k

yes, the point is the 10,000 years between M30 and M41 is nothing to them. Whatever failures occured had already occurred long long ago.
