Loving these grot tanks! Pretty soon Wazzoo will have all the designs stolen and no one will be able to make any original work.

"Hey guys, look what I made!" (holds aloft shiney new scratchbuild)
Pals and rest of internet: "Ho hum, yeah thats nice but Wazzoo already did that."

I'm pretty sure none of us mind though.

Ok here I go. I love the grot tanks but the last one is great but I think a fatter track would be better, but that is personal taste and I would still buy it as is. Great work on everything on this blog. I decided to reply to this on cause your work is inspiring to me and has give me my next project Idea with my orks. Well mainly your flying battle barge has given me and Idea for a all flying or freebooter army.

Cheers and please keep' em coming

yeah i can see your point, but let me just add this, i made these tank just using the odds and ends i had, and a shed load of tank tracks i wanted to use up, if i was to make the last one again i would use his tracks again http://stores.ebay.com/Blood-and-Skulls-Industry/ and would not see it.

Boomgun Looted Wagon or Killkannon/SupaKannon Battlewagon. You do well with big turrets, and the Battlewagon size allows for a lot of unique looks. Don't be pulled in by the GW model though- go for whatever design you feel would work best.

GENERATION 8: The first time you see this, copy and paste it into your sig and add 1 to the number after generation. Consider it a social experiment.

If yer an Ork, why dont ya WAAAGH!!

Boomguns are a looted vehicle with a big ass cannon on it. So really, whatever you want as long as it has an impressive cannon.
Mine
Spoiler:

And a Supakannon BattleWagon is a BW that also has a REALLY impressive kannon on it

You really need to learn the rules if you want to build to regs mate LOL

But don't ask me I don't play either Go with the rule is cool that way people can use it as a count as

The only real Ork tanks I have seen are the Forge World ones to be honest, everything else is battle wagons so nock your self out mate.

These might help :

You can have anywhere between 0 and 4 Rokkit Launchas and/or Big Shootas on a Battlewagon. (that's 4 weapons, any combo of BS and Rokkit [so 4 Rokkit, 0 Big Shoota, or 2 and 2, or 1 and 3, or just 1 Big Shoota/Rokkit, or nothing]) You can have a Killkannon or Supakannon (the Supacannon is Forgeworld, but people like it). You can have a single Big Gun (Zzap, Lobba or Kannon). You can have a Deffrolla (anything that looks like it'd do d6 Str 10 hits when it rams things- rollers, whirrin' blades, crushy hammers...). You can have a Grabbin' Klaw. You can have a Wrekkin' Ball. You can give it a top, or leave it open. And it doesn't have to be in GW's shape, as long as it's suitably Trukkish. And the weapons can all be installed anywhere. In any method. It's legal to have a Pintle Mounted Kannon if you like, or 4 Hull-mounted Big Shootas.

GENERATION 8: The first time you see this, copy and paste it into your sig and add 1 to the number after generation. Consider it a social experiment.

Just to further help, typically youll see x4 big shootas ona BW because they are cheap, and soak up weapon destroyed results.

And they also spit out the Dakka pretty good, too.

Not to mention that they can layout some pretty impressive dakka. Four Big Shootas is 12 Str 5 shots at 36". Nice addition to a load of shoota boyz in the back.

Keep in mind that it's better to make guns that can be added or removed than not. If someone is going to be playing it they may not always have the points for the full kit.

Deffrolla & at least 1 shoota are mandatory, the rest is optional though shooty is better in 6th edition than it was in the last edition.
