I'm not sure I would call it "spongy", but the material used for the skull of Kaladrax is definitely not the same as the material used for the body. The body, including the spines on the vertebra, are quite rigid, while the head is rather softer. The fairly thick horns that Kaladrax has are very, very soft and easy to bend.

Totally jealous, TAG.

On the flip side, mine is a 35 line item order, so when I do get them, it will be a hellacious pile of minis!
Heh - you're not the only one - my box hasn't even been shipped yet.... Hers was, I think, Vampire +6, unless I am forgetting something.

Nothing missing in her box.

Yeah, the Vampire order is a single line item. My box came with 4 line items, the "Vampire box" (and it's pile of minis), Cthulhu, Wyrmgear, and Kaladrax... so if you have a 35 line item order, I seriously hope you decide to dive into a kiddie pool and swim in bones .

With me probably moving in 2 months, I'm just keeping them in the box for now. My priorities aren't on my hobbies right now, sadly.

They've got hiccups in the Canadian & International shipping at the moment

USPS has got to arrange a special truck/trucks to park at their loading dock for international shipments & they won't commit the truck so no international shipments till they do(this makes Reaper Bryan sad)

Canada's western provinces apparently need yet another sort of paperwork (sigh) and the UPS rep they need on site seems to have temporarily evaporated so Canada is stalled as well (poor Reaper Bryan really wants to get this all finished)

so they are going full speed ahead on US shipments.... lucky US backers!

I wonder how long this has been "in inaction", so to speak? Since they've been shipping for 2 weeks now, I wonder why we're only hearing about it now?

Yesterday was (I think a ROW day) and when the expected truck was not there (or they got a call saying it was not going to appear) they switched back to US shipping.

The Canadian stuff was (I think but could be wrong) Wednesday when they suddenly found that the needed an extra form for parts (the west?) of Canada, goodness knows why the USP rep didn't catch it earlier, but a couple of hundred orders had actually shipped out. Some have made it into Canada, others were/will be turned back at the border(again!).

So back to waiting for the USP rep to be around to tell them exactly what to do (and finding and filling in more forms)

I found Bryan's comments. It read to me that ROW will take 2 days from start to completion (so they haven't been cycling through the three "territories" as they earlier said they would) and so we're now dependant on a super special truck from somewhere to come and sit there for 2 days because for some reason they can't go on any of the normal USPS trucks that appear to be fine to sit there for as long as needed to be filled with their daily orders. (That they also use normally for non-KS deliveries, I imagine.)

After going through all my Bones, I did find one figure like this, the female elf pirate. It seems to be made of a very soft rubber, and is extremely bendable.

On the issue of miniatures unable to support their own weight, I am having that problem with Deathsleet, which sags under the weight of its wings.

Haven't you figured it out yet?

The U.S. is at war with Canada, this is a demoralizing tactic....

Unfortunately The Canadians are playing these games too, so the folks waiting for their Bones are getting it from both sides....

There are now only two people in my group that have not gotten at least a shipping notice.... I expect that I will be the last one, standing forlorn as everyone else pours their boxes on the floor and rolls around in them....

The Auld Grump - my girlfriend's cat (Khatt) has already done so....
