For Vassal;
I know it seems really obvious, but make sure you have something like winrar downloaded. When I tried to aquire it a while back, I spent about a week conversing with another user trying to figure put why it wouldn't work!

By the way, if anyone (who isn't on the Order side) wants to play a game on Vassal for this thing, I'd be interested.

Hell, we could get a bunch of us together to play a huge-ass Apoc and/or Planetstrike game.

Well that sucks :/ Speaking of Vassal we should get something going where players can setup those games,both for 40k and BFG, a thread or forum perchance.

Anyways, I'm new to Dakka and I'm signing up another Tau army (wow, i never expected to have this many)

Tau (Farsight Enclaves), Armored Stalker Cadre, Commander A'Nesh, OTHER

Also, random question. Would Apoc games be worth more than normal? This is my first big campaign and idk how they work. But I usually run 20k+ per side battles every few weeks.

The size of the game sure does have a modifier on the outcome of the battle, in the early weeks there is also a modifier for planetstrike missions, and towards the very end there will be other impacts of other battle types. Apocalypse will always have a significant effect though, because it is...well...apocalypse. Its huge.
