See, I told you there was no such thing as too much warhammer!

Green scales with gun metal armor. Use the red and black as accents.

I guess the blue would be good since these guys are on the same ice world as your IG.

Hmm I quite like the blue, but then I am always going to sit in the back of threads whispering: paint it green, paint it all green! but I agree, green is the most common for this sort of thing.

A dark orange could look quite nice maybe? Perhaps looking at some dinosaur pictures would be useful?

Yeah I second dark orange. Maybe some dark yellow highlights.

Comrade that was insanely fast! But it looks awesome! I'm really impressed. What colour are you planning on doing the armour now? I wouldn't choose a bright colour or it will make it look too busy, maybe just a dark metal colour? It would contrast well with the colourful skin and make a nice difference between the organic and artificial bits stuck on top?

agree...that was quick... also that j-paint is onto something with the dark armor here... disturbingly good looking comrade!

I love the fade from tan to blue, and the orange streaks work really well. Excellent beginning mate.

I am planning on the armor as the same color as my MANZ. the dark green along with those scratches so hopefully i am up your ally and all will tie in. Thanks for the complement.

i like squiggs that are not green, despite it being xmas time.

Thanks, it is my first time doing a transition like that.

i beg to differ... its just ONE update...just because the squiggoth is a bigger unit it doesn´t equal twelve updates at once...

tho very good looking...tho teeth and horn could do with a bit of warming up...possibly a sepia wash?

not really, his real rules are kinda lame lol. Looks mean, dies like little girl. 4+ armor save, T6 W4, A3, I2 monsterious creature. Could and would most likely die in one turn of shooting. but it is 50pts! lol can bring a kannon too, but i will run it as a battle wagon

Looks very nice indeed comrade! I would second the sepia wash on the bone, has a lovely effect, I can't imagine a squiggoth brushing his teeth regularly...although the mental image of grots with brooms and gallons of toothpaste is rather amusing.

Well, i applied the wash, and it made the teeth a not to dirty look. Looks excellent. I know some people over rot their teeth to the point they dont look like they work any more. Next up is his jaw piece, and then finishing the hodah.
