Yep. That's what I thought. I never pledged for any of their kickstarters because of what their customers had posted in those threads. Even CMoN/McVey ultimately delivered, even if it didn't meet expectations.

Uhhhh.... they only had one campaign. On indiegogo, but that's neither here nor there, except that IGG charges you right away, so will never be as popular as KS.

The above is what was "achieved" during the campaign - of that we have the following released (I think)

As well as several more metal dwarf characters that weren't on the list. So about 5/13 "units" completed. And an unknown tally on character progress. (I don't think any of the latest dwarf characters have been from the list, but I haven't followed too closely, as like most, I only pledged for the BSB)

They also released couple of hero figures (which weren't really of the campagne.. but whatever).

Wasn't it the Iron Guard, not the Veterans, who were released? Both are hw/sh. Not sure if they're still released, but that's what I remember.

I wasn't 100% sure myself. But they've released two different dwarf units that are H/W shield, so that's how I pegged it. I don't think the fancier unit were heavily armored enough to be the Ironbreaker equivalent, and nothing else fit.

THey released the Iron Shields and the Bronce Shields. One is a bog standard Dwarf unit with Hw&S, the other almost exactly the same with longer beards.

They have already released a 10 man unit of Crossbowmen, but they are Warcast only at the moment.

Next release (after the bsb) are hammerdwarfs.

Right- which means, imo, that they're progressing down the list- the top 3 units are down, the hammerers are next, and for whatever reason they skipped ahead and did the crossbowmen in a limited fashion. But the veterans are yet to be done... was my take, at least.

Good Lord!! You might want to buy it and cast the banner in resin. Lol. That's gonna be rough! Looks nice so far though. How many backers on here are pleased at the model (not including time it took)?

I like the model. I wish my painting skills were up for the challenge.

Gonna be fun saying its all metal. Would be nice if it was resin.

info direct from aow guys: the banner is going to be resin, while the dwarf will be metal. otherwise the mini would fall down!

I'm not so pleased. The dwarf looks great - but the banner appears almost comically over-done. I'll have to see more/have him in my grubby hands before I know if I keep him or not.

The banner is apparently going to be cast as two pairs but yeah, it's a recurring flaw with Felix's banners. If you're marching into battle carrying something on the end of a long stick, the lighter it is, the better.

. Seriously. Resin banner makes that mini work (and a metal dwarf will help weight it down at the base- excellent).

Schmapdi, as BobtheInquisitor said, there are probably quite a few of us who would like to buy one of these if you decide to part with yours (since they're limited edition they'll have to be bought secondhand going forward).

Once the miniature is ready will I get an email for AoW about my contribution to put in shipping address etc, I have moved since this thing started.

I think it's unlikely,

You'd be better off chasing them either via the indiegogo contacts feature or direct to the company to provide your new address (and ask then to confirm that they're received it just to be sure)

I got the pathfinders. I think I contacted them through indiegogo and said i'd like to redeem my pledge for X pathfinders and gave them my address. It was pretty easy IIRC

They sent out another update on the standard, nice that you can break down the comically oversized banner and use parts of it.

I ordered half my pledged units a few months ago. It was a long wait, and not exactly a streamlined process, but the minis are really nice.

Man those are some sexy dwarves. The metal runeguy and the lord with two axes are certainly some of the best Dwarf models I've ever seen.

At least the banner bearer that so many people ordered turned out to be pretty spectacular (and comes with two banners really).

Nice that you can break it down.

This model will be the start of my Dwarf army. Luckily it is going to be a slowly built army, which keeps nicely to AoW time.

It is a nice looking dwarf army - I'm always torn between selling off my start of a GW dwarf army and buying an AoW one.

What's the giant looking thing on the right side of the new pic? I wonder if that's a tease of something?
