Most romantic comedies. Frazzled sitting on sofa with the Dog Pack quietly muttering "everyone die. snipers where are you?" has proven harmful to the Wife's enjoyment of them.

Yea the wife fell snoringly asleep during it, and I wandered off to surf the web (thinking she was still awake watching it).

Oh yea, and she was the one that had wanted to see it. My rage at having wasted a $1 at Redbox was such that it sustained me until I was able to stagger away with wiener dog and rum and surf the web. Watchmen - it would've put me to sleep if I hadn't been scarred at the cinema by the amount of naked blue man on show...on a REALLY big screen...shudder...

Ordinance is a local law, or bill, or other form of legislation.
Ordnance is high caliber explosives.
No 'I' in ordnance.
Don't drown the enemy in legislation, drown them in explosives. |

I think I got through the first 30 minutes before shutting it off on the TV, too boring.

Frazz, go watch 'Something About Mary'. Romantic comedy that has a sniper try to kill Ben Stiller at the end of the movie.
Still can't fathom your hatred of Cap and, if memory serves, The Avengers....
I made it 15 minutes into Paranormal Activity and turned it off.

It should be called Paranormal Inactivity because nothing ever fething happens in the movie.

Not sure if it counts because I was on a plane and tired but Green Lantern. All I remember about the end was some tentacles and possibly a villain, other than that I am blank!

Other films I have fallen asleep watching at the cinema
Underworld
Kill Bill Vol 1
Harry Potter (the one with the spiders - whichever that was)
Although, these probably had more to do with going to the cinema at 10 pm...having been at work since 6am.
Still never seen all of kill bill. And the 2nd Kill Bill - not at all.
I'm also avoiding Apocalypse Now and Platoon. I've seen them both and would rather watch almost anything else...Bar Monarch of the Glen. There was never a reason for that.

A movie called 'triangle'? It takes place on a ship with a masked murderer and has a time travel plot?
It was fairly interesting but i was on a comedown and a smidge hungover.
Oddly and somewhat coincidentally, in the same scenario i actually sat through the entirety of 'Ghost ship', what a bland film.
That Terry Gilliam film Baron von Munchausen or something put me to sleep. Would wake intermittently to find something else bizarre was going on.
There have been many times where i have started watching a film stone drunk and not recalled any of the details but does that count?
