Yes, the kids are about 4ft high, so should make the dreadnought look more to scale.

Update
Its sunday, I have been feeling unwell these past few days and now have had the chance
to make the collars that join the main body to the weapon sponsons. More to do to them
but they are holding the weapons in place so I can let you see a picture of the progress
as promised.

I would like to ask the forum for a bit of advice please.

I am looking for the correct font if there is one for the ULTRA writing
that is on A Dreadnoughts left leg Does anyone know it please? The writing will be white.

Right leg needs to have the ultra logo.

An example below

I know this is close and looks good to me.
[Thumb - photo (50).JPG]
Does this look ok to you for the left leg?

This for the Right leg?

On the subject of purity seals, Do you have any writing that I can copy onto my seals that I will make from green stuff later on into the build please?
I have heard that this writing is in Latin is that correct inmygravenimage?

Where precisely would you place a seal on the Dreadnought? Is there a set out place to put them on Dreadnought or is it just random where you want just so it looks right or good?

Update 27/4/13

Today I had time to do some work to the project.
I worked on the lights to the front and built the exhausts and tubing to the rear of the dreadnought.

A Idea that I had was to put flickering tea lights to the top of the Exhaust to give the impression the the engine is running.

Paul
[Thumb - photo (52).JPG]
Right front panel. Has had the lights added.

[Thumb - photo (53).JPG]
Close up of light panel. Colours have been painted into the clear class sensors.

Thank you for your kind comment, I have until June 29th to complete this Dreadnought and a scout costume for one of the kids. I am hoping to do two more scout costumes just after that date.
From June 29th I will put up any info I have on the carnivals and the positions that I come in the carnival and results here also.
