Of the three I would have to pick The Salamanders because of their unique sense of duty to humanity and citizens of the Imperium.

It seems that most chapters are more aloof when it comes to the plight of humans and view themselves as above the common rabble of the Imperium. Whereas Salamanders take the plight of the common man as one of their own problems to be solves no matter the severity be it fighting off an invasion of Nids to helping an old man dig a well to help him water crops on an agriworld.

No task to large type of thing.

Black Templars are better then the selection.

NO PITY! NO REMORSE! NO FEAR!

Tali'Zorah: I appreciate what you're doing here, Shepard.
Commander Shepard: Well, I care deeply about the quarian people.
Tali'Zorah: It's good to be back on the Normandy.
Commander Shepard: Let me know if it's too quiet for you to sleep, and I'll find you someplace louder.
Tali'Zorah: Hmm.
Garrus Vakarian: Uh, I was there when you two had your thing, remember? Just get a room and work it out.

I think it is the "Out of the three" part people don't get.

I think I'd go with the Sons of Medusa. Less often done, cool color scheme.

Less silly than the Blood Ravens, too.

Marneus Calgar is referred to as "one of the Imperium's greatest tacticians" and he treats the Codex like it's the War Bible. If the Codex is garbage, then how bad is everyone else?

I know nothing about the Sons of Medusa fluff, but they do look the coolest.

I love the Sons of Medusa. Their background is fascinating and their color scheme is awesome.

I like the Blood Ravens. Thievery aside, they look cool, they've got a lot of potential for interesting secrets, and they've got slightly more brains than some Chapters when it comes to deciding when tradition needs to be scrapped.

I just started painting a couple of squads of Blood Ravens as allies to my Guard, partly because I like the color scheme, partly because the grognardiest of grognards at my club hate the Dawn of War games.

Dawn of War was when I really went headfirst into 40k, so Blood Ravens have a special place in my heart. Also, their colorscheme is really nice. Dark grey, dusty red and warm cream are nice colors that work well together.
