Regarding the Hunger Games, it's not nearly as bad as you think. I say that because it was not nearly as bad as I thought.

I'll give the latter a try, and seriously I have minimal interest in the whole process. I'll note deserving performances I see through out the year "Someone should give her/him a reward for that" and be pleased to hear they've won, but I don't bother watching the ceremony or anything.

Also there is NOTHING neutral about Sofia Vergara

As far as Oscars -- I look at it as a barometer of what Hollywood wants us to think of it and what it wants to think of itself rather than what's good in film.

I find Sofia Vergara more attractive as well.

Yes

I like them both a great deal. I think Anne Hathaway is maybe a hair better of an actress technically, but there is something endearing in Jennnifer Lawrence as well.

That is not an attractive woman. There was one line in The Dark Knight that really drove home how insane and disconnected from reality the Joker was.
