Gotta say, a few of those dinosaurs are good enough to make me actually use them rather than $5 plastic ones. Maybe. Overall, nice work!

Wow, some of those are amazing. confirmed my decision to sell my high elves to pay for it(or start to anyway). The rules and point reduction for Chakax are the final nail in the coffin before starting.

If you dont short hand your list, Im not reading it.
Example: Assault Intercessors- x5 -Thunder hammer and plasma pistol on sgt.
or Assault Terminators 3xTH/SS, 2xLCs
For the love of God, GW, get rid of reroll mechanics. ALL OF THEM!

Those Terannodons are excellent, noneplussed by the ripperdactlys still. Bastilodon is ok, definitely improved by the new pics.
The Carnodon/Troglydon: These could look really good with better paintjobs, there is something about the scale patterning i dont like. Not sure what it is.....

Why do they need an elephant sized critter to carry a dozen snakes?
And the ripperbird's heads look ugly and unfunctional.
And this little skink doesn't look like a 50$ miniature:

Heavily armoured charging elephants that dispense a vast amount of highly venomous snakes into the midst of the enemy? Sounds pretty cool to me!

Everything looks very good except for the Ripperdons, which look like a bad joke.

But overall, good on GW. Not saying they'll be worth the exorbitant prices, but at least the designs are by and large good. And if there was any army that deserved a decent release wave, it's Lizardmen. I can't think of any army that has patiently suffered through compelling designs with mind-bogglingly bad execution worse than Lizardmen.

Until Gw overhauls their heroes, their Cold One Riders, and their Kroxigors, I'd still be embarrassed to play them. But this release makes the embarrassing percentage of the catalog a bit smaller.

We don't take kindly to logic 'round here...

You forgot to note the need to make the carnosaur on a bigger base and hence bigger cannon fodder (as usual). Also the question of why the Bolas need to also be flaming (because regular bolas just aren't cool enough!).

They can charge $50 because they realize every Lizardmen player already has a Slann, so why not try to charge them that same amount for a smaller size special character? Cynical indeed but I can't think of another reason to charge the same amount for a smaller model.

After looking at the Carnosaur pics a bit more I think I'm just gonna stick to my metal Carnosaur. It's a decent looking model from what I can see but it just looks like a different type of Dinosaur instead of a Carnosaur. The variant model however seems pretty cool, I knew if I waited long enough GW would give me a good basis for an Orc Wyvern conversion!

As for that Bastilidon it is quiet possibly the ugliest thing I've seen in the game. I wouldn't even use it to represent a carcass.

Haven't seen the Razorgor?

I have but I'm pretty sure that as a creature of Chaos it's supposed to be ugly.

Finecast is a no-go for me, so i'll give those packs a pass...
the Snake Dispenser, likewise...

the plastic Skink is pretty cool...
the Carnasaur for sure...
maybe some Terradons...
not in a rush for any of these, but i like about half of the new releases, which is not bad considering Fantasy is a distant second to anything sci-fi for me...

cheers

Hmm - I can't decide if I like the Carnosaur or not now. I'm pretty confident I don't care for the variant though.

I like the Bastiladon quite a bit though, and the Terradons (though again, not so much the variant).

The plastic skink chief and FC characters seem to be very lacking though.

Oooh - Making the Solar Beam Bastiladon (which as a bulbasaur fan I would) should leave you with tons of plastic snakes to make jungle swarms from though. So that'll be nice.

Lances, machine-guns and other stuff must be stuck to those giant dinosaurs. The idea of a 40k army filled with laser shooting dinosaurs makes me all warm and fuzzy inside

Hmmm... what i like most is it looks like an all skink army (no slann just skin + krox) is looking more viable especially with the skink "high" priest which is probably a lvl 3/4 and also the rumors of more magic available to them.

Bastiladon in both incarnations still looks dumb, ripperdactyl faces are just as bad.

Trogolodon and Terradons look pretty sweet.

I once had planned out a whole "Avatar" lizardmen army... looks like that'll be a lot more doable with two flying plastic kits.

Maybe not viable on the table, though

So what's the pre-order date for this release? I need two Carnosaurs.

Actually, maybe three - one wyvern, one dragon, one carnosaur.

Does the skink oracle on the troglodon sound like a caster? I hope so, dont really want to have skink warriors but the troglodon is just so sweet.

Really nice releases this month from GW, first time in a while they've released some stuff (especially big kits) that doesn't look toylike/ utterly ridiculous.

Great models, not enough to make me start playing them, but I absolutely love the look of them.

We are arming Syrian rebels who support ISIS, who is fighting Iran, who is fighting Iraq who we also support against ISIS, while fighting Kurds who we support while they are fighting Syrian rebels.
