One thing I'd like to point out for those who may be on the fence, is that we should note that DM didn't send an email to MT11 until we all pounced on Alan Welson and BCS' posts this week. Coincidence? I think not.

Also, I highly doubt he's being evicted, unless Grandma and Grandpa took out a second on the house that Daniel is living in, or daddy has had enough of his shenanigans.

Yep. I remember sending him monies when:

his laptop died
honeymoon
(imaginary) sick / pregnant wife
(imaginary)dead son / wife

I have no problem calling BS on the eviction story at this point. And even if it's true, it's a self inflicted wound at this point.

I agree, and it's not like we don't have ALL info on Michael short of his SSN. You should call DPD and file a report with his name, address and phone number as well as email for threatening violence and physical harm.

Ive decided to re open Resin Forge due to a very high demand from customers such as yourselves. The shop itself will be open this week sometime as I go over the inventory numbers to make sure everything is in stock and checked on.

I just can't decide which of the two cases we deal with now:

1.) Daniel is just bored and we all know he needs the center of attention as a junkie needs his crack. Therefore this is not really an attempt at reopening, so it's not even worth the effort to create a new "identity" or shop name.

or

2.) He really wants to reopen and hopes for people buying his junk. In this case potential customers will love to know that he is in such dire financial straits that he faces eviction so he will not even have money to order stuff for commisions up front. And given his apparently excellent track record all Dallas banks will be reluctant to give him credit to buy all those new kits he is promising. WHich would mean what? Transfering the money and hoping he doesn't use it in a pyramid scheme?

In either case: yeah., Daniel, this looks like a brilliant plan..

This part is especially hilarious considering how often Daniel has refused to meet people in the Dallas area (still does). He even refused to meet with people he was supposed to do business with. Wishful thinking there of a person too afraid to stand up to allegations in real life. Just accusing other people of the things he is gulty of himself.

Especially funny also considering that he still tries his best to hide his real address when everybody with three and a half brain cells knows exactly how to find it. So who is hiding behind a computer screen now again? Or behind parrots. Or other people?

3.) The relevant post is Resin Forge's statement about NEW products he HAS TO BUY. The guy said he is practically bancrupt, he is allegedly about to be evicted - excellent pre-conditions to buy new merchandise.

Perhaps the switch back to Resinforge and using his actual name is so he can try to go after those people he blames for his failures legally.

There is little legal recourse he has when using an alias but there is plenty of legal hay he could throw, albeit he won't get far when everything comes to light, if he is using his real name and has a registered business. His strategy may be to make enough legal problems for those in the community who fight his scams that we give up.

Obviously I don't think anyone is going to give up and let him just go on doing what he does but that may be the strategy he is attempting to implement. Or he could just be trying to seem legit, and seem like he is attempting to be legit in order to rip off more people. Lord only know what his real intentions are but I am more concerned over his not creating a new alias than I would be over him creating a new alias.

I considered that, but as I've made precisely two comments, both in that thread, and neither that I would consider ban worthy, I'm not sure what people can say without bans?

My user name on here has no link to my real name, and there simply isn't a way he could link me to Dakka that I could see, unless he's vetting everyone who posts on the page's profiles
