No, they didn't come with a base game. They were a free add-on on per pledge basis with the higher pledge levels getting increasingly more huggers ranging from 5 for We're in the Pipe through to 9 for Get to the Chopper.

Just to be clear - "some paperwork" is their annual accounts, "late" is currently just under 3 months late and counting. According to Companies House, these still haven't been filed and the proposal to strike off is still active. The deadline for Prodos to respond to the strike off is Feb 29th (although I believe that in the real world no action takes place until 3 months after the notice, so March 29th). I wouldn't take Jarek's hand waving as this being "nothing to worry about" - it's certainly something that can be dealt with and sorted out fairly easily, but about a month has passed since Jarek said it would be dealt with and there's no evidence that this has happened. It may of course be happening behind the scenes and will show up on Companies House in plenty of time, but it's something I'll be keeping an eye on until the remainder of my goods are delivered. Prodos certainly seem to be delivering more in recent weeks than they have for sometime which is a good thing, but not keeping an eye on the legal business essentials could still screw them up.
Yeah i decided tey and keep.it positive and basic without it falling into a huge lets moan about stuff group of posts again . As they have said that they have sorted the paperwork issue. Or are we not aloud to be positive in the thread ?

I'll join you in being positive when they show (don't tell) things that are positive (hence I pointed out that shipments seem to be moving in greater numbers than for most of 2015) - Prodos said they "would" sort the paperwork issue - as of this moment, they haven't (or at least the public record doesn't show that they have - it may be in the pipeline, but going on Prodos' past history, I will believe it when I see it). Until their accounts through to 31/1/15 are filed, they remain at risk of being struck off.

Yeah,
My wave 1 and 2 arrive today.
Sold one box set straight away.
Deciding what to do with the other game and bits.
So many other projects right now more deserving of my time.
The models are great, but can't see myself wanting to play a Prodos game and support Prodos.
Their apology letter in the box was a nice touch and is nicely wrote.
However after all their lies and messing about it feels too little too late.
For now it goes to the back of the projects pile.
Panic...

Out of curiosity, what would being "struck off" do to Prodos? Are they not based in Poland at the moment?

Essentially, the company gets closed down, and anything it owns (including intellectual property) belongs to the crown ( UK Government). I know a bit about it but am not a practitioner in this area, so I bow to those with greater knowledge if anyone wants to correct me.
I don't know their internal corporate structure e.g. whether the machinery in Poland is owned by the UK corporate entity or whether it's owned by one of their Polish companies (I suspect the latter). I suspect that the Fox contract is with Prodos Games Limited (the UK entity).
Based on the above assumptions, the contract/ licence would become invalid, but the machinery/ stock ownership would remain with (let's call them) Prodos Poland. Whether Fox would just move the licence/ contract over to Prodos Poland or not I have no way of knowing, but I suspect not, being a big multi-national, not renowned for making these simple - I doubt that the government bureaucracy would bother to try and exercise IP rights in the game, but in theory they could.
It would make things very difficult to operate a UK company/ staff in the future, and questionable whether they could do things like attend Salute to trade if there were any outstanding legal issues or unpaid taxes (I am spit-balling here - I have no idea whether there are any such issues or taxes outstanding - no accusations, just "what if's").
TLR - "struck off" = UK company gets closed down, possible loss of AvP licence, possible government grief for anything on UK soil in future, physical casting operations in Poland probably unaffected.

Still not on Companies House. I have to say that this does not match my experience as an accountant who files accounts every week: when I file online they appear on the site within an hour of submission. As far as I'm aware Companies House stopped accepting postal submissions a few years ago when they moved over to a code-based system (iXBRL) which allows accounts to be automatically checked for obvious errors.

Question: Didn't Jarek/Prodos promise they were going to bring back the KS page after the New Year?

Question: Didn't Jarek/Prodos promise they were going to bring back the KS page after the New Year?
Yes it is ! I would think the same... With lot of "hurray" "good news"... bla bla bla... And I understood it was for the end of 2015...
But however : is it really still important ? I mean : after 2 years, Jarek don't answer any questionand/or flame the heat subjects except the fact to tell us "we nearly finish shipping bakers : we shipped 857 536 415 boxes and we'll increase next week trust us !!"...
For an example, my forgotten minis are "on the desk and will be shipped very soon"... since 1 month or so... But I didn't received anything
Maybe it's because prodos is preparing itself for the chinese new year...

No, it is not important at this point, except that it is an indicator that Jarek/Prodos are still being less than honest, regardless of how much they whine when called out on it.

What a nice thing to come home to! A nice big box wrapped in black plastic (which I first thought was garbage bags...). Inside the large box were four smaller boxes. The first one was full of all the approved add ons. Including the extra faction dice, which were a nice surprise to see. Not that they were fancy or anything, just hadn't seen anyone mention getting them. The minis are smaller than I had expected, but are every bit as awesome as everyone says. Haven't gotten far into the boxed game yet, but when I came across the rules I wanted to pop in and confirm that at least one of mine has the 1.2 rules. Cheers everyone!

Not to worry, plenty of UK backers yet to receive anything (I'm one of them). On the various sites featuring topics complaining about Prodos/AvP, I've seen US and Aussie backers receiving their pledges direct from Prodos so I don't *think* non European pledges are being left until last.
