I think it's very close to a Rhino / Chimera in size.
Those are pretty sweet.. though I think if we're trying to keep the scale similar to the movie I think they might be closer to 15mm.. If we're ignoring the source material and just treating them as generic APCs then yeah.. That said.. I play 15mm.. sooo

The APC is pretty big. At least as big as a Chimera or Rhino (3" wide x 5" long)!
Get your Colonial Marines ready to roll out with this all-new Minimates-scale mini-vehicle of the Armored Personnel Carrier from Aliens! Based on the classic 1986 movie, this approximately 7" APC vehicle seats five Marines, and includes an exclusive Minimates mini-figure of Lt. Gorman, with an alternate bandaged head. The APC has a roof that opens up so you can control the bug hunt from the command center, plus a real sliding door, rolling wheels, moving cannon and a rack of assault rifles in the back for missions! Packaged on a full-color blister card.
That approx 7" is probably with the gun stowed for travelling. It's definitely 40k scale.

Damn, I was hoping that was Khornemower size.
Well, maybe for epic....
Also, I wish my Toys-R-Us was cool enough to carry the Aliens stuff, I'd like to get that for Christmas (my family is luddites, and buys nothing online). Unfortunately, our local Walmart has a bigger toy selection than the local Toys-R-Us...

Most Robogear and Tehnolog model kits is about this size, they are designed to be kid-grabbable so all the kits have similar dimensions, including the flyers. About Rhino/Dreadknight size, maybe. I don't think I have seen anything bigger from them. The figures they have are mostly 1/48 or 1/32, so about 1.5-2 times the 40k scale. 40mm figures, maybe.
I did an ork buggy from a Robogear buggy, and the cockpit was about 1.5x the Ork model size. Couldn't quite fit two Orks side by side. The Robogear models are a bit 'chibi', so they have relatively big cockpit to fit the 1/48 guy and small wings/legs/engines/tracks etc.

Beat me to it! Yes, these are perfect. Bigger than rhino, equal to a raider. Excellent for a Colonial Marines (think space marine scout models) converted army and/or AVP Prodos game!
3" at turret top, 3.5" wide, 7.75" long A land raider is about 7" long, almost 4" wide, and nearly 3" tall..., so this apc is just about as tall and wide as a raider, and longer. Could stand in as a LR.
Could run it as a LEGION SICARAN BATTLE TANK or MKIIB LAND RAIDER easily....

For some reason I kept thinking the minimate people were lego people sized.. I forgot they're actually pretty big.

I was looking at those AT ATs for 15mm gaming.
The old Kenner AT-ATs (the toys) are about the right height for 28mm gaming funny enough (if I remember correctly anyway)

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with the Revell Star Wars stuff I've gotten so far (U-Wing, AT-ACT, Imperial Star Destroyer, Poe's X-Wing). They've apparently got a bigger AT-AT I've been meaning to track down. I also want one of their Millennium Falcons, not sure which version I want since they've made several.

And welcome to 2017!
Somethings I brought back from the Exotic Orient: Bandai "Mecha Collection" Yamato models.
They have a pretty big line of ships all with that 70s aestetic and they go for like $3 each in Japan.
https://hlj.com/search/go?p=KK&srid=S1-4DFWP&lbc=hobbylink&ts=custom&pw=yamato&uid=305009031&isort=score&view=grid&w=Space%20Battleship%20Yamato%202199&rk=7
https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_pg_1?rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Abandai+mecha+collection&keywords=bandai+mecha+collection&ie=UTF8&qid=1483729857&spIA=B010MPWGE0
For starters the Gamirasu, a nice curved ship with prominent torpedo tubes, could be a cruiser for the Imperials, Space Marines, Tau or Chaos with minimal work.
The Domerasu III is even more generic, a box ship with a pointy prow, perfect for an Imperial fleet.
But the Deusura II is the real gem, a sleek ship covered with antenas and winglets that look like spikes. I can see this as a chaos flag ship.
And finally a Macross Delta, looks all sorts of useful next to my Space Fleet ships.
(EDIT)
OMG, tell me this is not a perfect Ork ship!

"Would you like some guns on top of that sir?"
----------------------------------------------
And something I found today, I don't know what the heck these are, or what that guy has on his head, but I can see some uses, especially at $8 for 2.

The problem with BFG is it's rather counter intensive with all the counters now OOP. You can find a PDF of them easily enough but then have to print then glue to card and cut out.
Or find them on ebay.
It's a good game but it might be worth looking at Drop Fleet, Firestorm Armada or Star Wars Armada.
In any case they are really fun models.

I think Ganesha games, the guys that do the Song of Blades & Heroes games, are supposed to be doing a ship vs ship combat game in the near future.
Might be another place to put those Yamato, Macross, and Gundam ships to use.
Heck, might even get me to finally succumb to picking up a few. I know my kids have a few of the Ultraman jets and such.
