Will Smith is a bit like Ben Affleck. He has had good stuff as well as stinkers, just gotta wait and see what we get. I think that most his stuff is pretty good, but when it stinks it really stinks.

Really?
One does quite a few good movie punctuated by the odd stinker, the other does mostly gak films and errr........won the Battle of Britain in WWII all by himself.
I'll leave you decide who is who.

Affleck did The Town (and directed IIRC). Thats one more good movie than Smith.
Actually if you like Independence Day/Men in Black level movies he's very good at those (I do like them actually). If he's involved though, thats a good indication where this film might be headed.
Which means it might be awesome.
(Frazzled would love another Mystery Men type comic movie-that would draw me back).

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.

Am I the only one who finds the metal teeth more offputting than the tattoos? I mean, I'm not a big comic reader, so maybe the Joker did have a metal grille at some point, but it doesn't look right to me.

I don't remember if it was based in the comics or not, but the idea is that after so many tussles with Bats he would have lost some teeth and would most likely have gotten some new ones so as to not ruin his smile.
I've never feared Death or Dying. I've only feared never Trying.

Actually, I'm the opposite... I think for this "gritty" look the metal teeth work for him. Much more so than the idiotic head tattoos (yes, I know about the comics where he has a dragon tattoo on his back... If they wanted to go with the tattoo route, they shoulda gone with something better than the press shots)

Will he pull a Silva and pull is fake teeth out to show the "hero" of the film how evil their "boss" is?

"The...the...the guy who dresses up as a bat and punches people in the face all night...knocked some of your teeth out! My world view is shaken...questioning loyalties....yeeaaaargh!!"
The teeth are a bomb- in a climactic fight scene he blows up his face slightly, for the lols and to smite his enemies.
Possibly his trigger phrase is YOLO.
I do like the purple suspenders or holster, or whatever it is he's wearing. The Joker should have an utterly appalling sense of style- and this is both too over the top to be accidental, and too ridiculous to be seen as stylish by any sane person.
Klawz-Ramming is a subset of citrus fruit?

English doesn't borrow from other languages. It follows them down dark alleyways and mugs them for loose grammar.
I think he clearly had his teeth knocked out, because his back teeth seem to show decent dental hygiene. This contrasts sharply with versions of the Joker that depict him with teeth so unhealthy that they've turned mustard yellow.
And even though I'm joking around, I think what we've seen suggests that Leto's Joker has more narcissistic qualities than Ledger's raggedy-man nihilist.

I just saw it elsewhere before coming here; it still lingers on the internet so you may yet get your viewing. I try not to watch leaked stuff to much but this one I am really on the fence about. With it leaked, as I imagine they knew it would, the official will probably come sooner rather than later. Then again it is over a year away so maybe not.

True. AoA (not to be confused with Age of Apocalypse) was amazing. One of the better DC movies, up there with Batman: Under the Red Hood and Mask of the Phantasm. The animosity was awesome. Oh, and Flashpoint as well. That's another top quality one.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.
