I'd suggest you pick up a couple of the New 52 runs of "Green Arrow". Grab the trade paperback volumes "The Midas Touch"(volume 1), "Triple Threat"(volume 2), and "Harrow"(volume 3) to get an idea as to where they'd likely go with the character.

The new 52 Green Arrow is the worst of a bad bunch. I liked him during Blackest Night. When he became a less mary sue version of batman.

Anyone played the DLC yet? Have to say the initial reviews aren't encouraging, most seem to say that there's only about an hour of content and that beyond super-hacking, Batgirl plays no different to Batman. The promise of a Joker-Harley-Robin-Batgirl brawl is intriguing, but not enough to get me to buy it.

My fiancee and I were kind of tempted to get the season pass, but, Rocksteady? You need to offer more than a few hour-long add-ons and some skins to make it worth $40. I know that we don't know what all is in the season pass, yet, but that's the problem.

Kingdom Death Fanatic. Dark Eldar: Kabal of the Fragile Breath. Dark Elves: Allegiance to the Black Crown. Also, Masons, Cygnar, and Legion of Everblight. All unnamed.

Holy gak that is an awesome username. Please tell me your army is called Kabal of the Fragile Breath. Morathi's Darkest Sin has some competition here for best handle, I think.

Supposedly, this is everything in the Season Pass:
Batgirl: A Matter of Family

An all new prequel story expansion in an entirely new location where you play as Batgirl for the very first time in the Arkham series.

The Season of Infamy

Play as Batman in all new story missions featuring legendary super-villains invading Gotham City, with new story arcs, missions and gameplay features.

Digging through the files shows that the villains are Killer Croc, Mad Hatter, Black Mask, Mister Freeze, Ra's Al Ghul, and Prometheus.

Gotham City Stories

Play as Batman’s key allies in narrative missions extending their storylines, from both before and after the events in Batman: Arkham Knight.

Legendary Batmobiles with Themed Tracks

Drive the most iconic Batmobiles from Batman’s 75-year history, on custom-built race tracks, each themed to that Batmobile’s specific era. Every Batmobile will be drivable across every race track.

Crimefighter Challenge Maps

Engage in a series of new challenge maps utilizing the unique play styles of Batman and his allies.

Files show playable Batman, Nightwing, Robin, Catwoman, Batgirl, Harley Quinn, Red Hood, Azrael, and Joker. Joker specifically is referenced in "Million Dollar Mayhem", where you "cause as much mayhem as possible within 5 minutes and send the bill to Wayne Enterprises."

Character Skins

A variety of skins from across the eras for Batman, Robin, Nightwing, Catwoman, and Batgirl.

Files show multiple skins, here they are:

Pre-Order Bonus Content

All in-game content that is offered through various retail pre-order incentives. This includes the Harley Quinn and Red Hood Story Packs, as well as any Batmobile or Booster Pack that was available as early bonuses for pre-order of the game. For those who did not receive the content with their game, these items will become available when their respective exclusivity windows expire in August/September.

Some of this was known("Season of Infamy", for example was namedropped by the devs as was the fact that preorder DLC would be part of the Season Pass once the exclusivity wore off).

Have to say, I might actually get the Gotham City Stories, Season of Infamy and Challenge maps ones, sounds like there's more repeatability/content to them than the 1-hour campaign of Matter of Family.

Joker mission sounds epic!

If you played either the Red Hood or Harley Quinn preorder bonuses---those were "Gotham City Stories".

Now whether there will be more added to them later, I don't know.

Ah I see. I have the Quinn one but haven't played it yet. That description seems like it refers to more than just the two, though, so I'm hoping there's more to it.

Maybe Steam has sympathy. Anyway, that's the last time I pre-order something. What a fething disaster.

I was very close to getting a refund, but then the patch hit and I've had little to no problems since then.

Bummer that this happened, as its otherwise a 10/10 game. YMMV.

But man, what a great 15 minutes it was as Jason Todd gunning down Black Mask's goons.

In any regards, I'm remaining hopeful that the "Gotham City Stories" are meant to be fleshed out a bit more ala "A Matter of Family" later on.

Honestly, I don't think we'll see eye to eye on this in any way, shape, or form but I'm pretty okay with hour long DLCs. I don't expect a full Arkham Knight length campaign for each character. An hour sounds about right.

I haven't played Batgirl's "A Matter of Family" yet and I'm avoiding any videos that can potentially spoil stuff, as I mentioned I won't be getting the Season Pass until later this week, but an hour long DLC is about on par with Arkham City/Origins' story DLCs barring the Challenge modes provided someone really felt motivated to complete it.

Yeah, if we end up with hour long stints as, say, Nightwing, Azreal and Robin then I'll be happy so long as the cost isn't astronomical, especially if they are (relatively) open and therefore replayable.

Here's the thing, though. That list tells us what to expect, but doesn't tell us what we're getting for our money, you know?

"New missions", "play as Batman's allies" They could easily release one mission each where you drive the Batmobile into Croc to capture him, and do a stealth takedown on each other villain, then have two packs about the length of Harley/Red Hood "story" packs and say it fulfilled what they told us.

At least with MK's Kombat Pack, they said "You get four characters and five skin packs, with each skin pack having skins for three characters" and then they actually told us the characters we were getting before launch. DLC is not something we should be kept in the dark about, when you've got my sixty dollars (double that, actually. The fiancee and I went for the collector's edition) and then you want me to give you another forty, you at least should tell me exactly what I'm getting for the extra forty.

Kingdom Death Fanatic. Dark Eldar: Kabal of the Fragile Breath. Dark Elves: Allegiance to the Black Crown. Also, Masons, Cygnar, and Legion of Everblight. All unnamed.

How many of the villain side stories were single missions?

As far as I recall, there was just one.
then have two packs about the length of Harley/Red Hood "story" packs and say it fulfilled what they told us.

To be fair, the "files showing playable Batman, Nightwing, Robin, Catwoman, Batgirl, Harley Quinn, Red Hood, Azrael, and Joker" are tied to the Crimefighter Challenge maps.

So in regards to Gotham Stories we don't know what/how things are going to be done. Right now to give an example, Red Hood's is listed as an "exclusive" in the game but do you really think it won't be changed to read as something else when it goes live?

Spoiler:
Hush and Blackfire. Firefly and Two-Face were basically the same mission three times over, but you actually won the third time

I didn't say they were likely to be one mission each, I'm being cynical, and saying they could do it and it would still be in line with what was promised. I'm not saying you shouldn't buy the season pass, clearly you're going to and I'm not trying to talk anyone out of it. All I'm saying is I need to know exactly what my forty dollars is buying before they get that forty dollars. Give me numbers.

How many missions? Are they decent in length and variety? How many stories as Batman's allies? I just don't want to spend forty dollars on three hours worth of content, and I think most people could agree with me on that.

Will GCPD Lockdown be more than a 15 minute sequence... wait... I just answered my own question. It's called GCPD Lockdown, so it'll just be set inside the GCPD, so it'll be a 15 minute bit of nothing like the Harley Quinn DLC.
