I'm wondering if that Titan bundle is the shape of things to come - that looks to be a very close match to what was discussed and rumoured for a typical Adeptus Titanicus force...

I think my biggest gripe with Russ is that he's a huge, heavily armored Primarch, and yet his steps look absurdly light for running into battle. There's no sense of weight or solidity in how his foot connects with the base. The pose looks as though the front foot is landing, not yet pushing off, so it shouldn't be raised up on the toes/ball of the foot yet, at that point in the stride.

Even regular power armoured marines are supposed to be extremely fast moving at speeds beyond normal human so why not primarch who is even more of a super-human?

Too bad, no savings on Fimirs :( Speaking about the Titan bundle, I've seen quite a few on facebooks, who bought all those titans separately

I think the idea is that in order to gain access to the next IA book, you have to buy the Titan Maniple.

Do like the new fimir noble model.
No rules for him yet though as it links straight to normal fimir.
And isn't it about time we had a command group for them too?

Either way, nice models and a refreshing blast from the past too.
Nice to know they still acknowledge the older stuff.

I could have sworn the rules were already out, with him described as a 'Fimir Dirach Balefield' - it's listed in the points list but I can't find actual rules anywhere... :-(

The Noble is just the squad leader of the warriors, hes not a hero. The Noble has 4 attacks instead of the usual 3.

He does look like a hero and if that's just what the normal captains look like, I expect the Fimiarch leaders to cascade down to the battlefield on royal purple rays.

There's a separate points cost for him in the rules though which is odd.

I see he's the unit leader but not sure why he has a separate cost to the unit.

It won't be out til next year. HH book 7 is ~3 months away (they'll probably release it at the weekender in February) and it's coming out after that. So don't expect it any time soon!

Just buying all those Titans costs £3,146. So you save £296 total. That is pretty decent. Like getting a Warhound almost for free... but not quite.

No idea who the are marketing this to, but hey... someone out there will order it. Right?

And where the heck are my decals!

I just need a second Reaver body and I have that bundle already. Would have been cool if they threw in some Hoplites and Titan crew on foot as a bonus.

The Fimir's unnatural skin ability thing means you have to outright kill them to ensure they are dead right? As they just restore to full wounds at each hero phase. Would be nasty as a big blob unit, would force your opponent to throw a lot of stuff at them to make sure they die.

Not so much.
Wounds are stacked on a single model until it's dead, then you move on to the next one.
So you will only heal 1-2 wounds usually.

No wound bouncing tricks for spreading them over the whole unit.

The rules are pretty good too! You can fire both modes at the same time!

It's almost like the next non-HH book has Tau in it or something.
