Omadon's Realm

Not a Primarch, not a lord of war, but a unit, what unit do you see set up across the table from you that causes you to internally groan or whimper?

Gal Vorbak? Deathshrouds? Invicatus? Firedrakes? Headhunters?

I'll never be able to repay CA for making GW realize that The Old World was a cash cow, left to die in a field.

The Mechanicum MC's don't bug me to much. My poison 2+ HB's deal with them handily.

The Sicaran would have to be it for me, that and the standard Deredeo. I see those on the regular, and they always deliver in ridiculous ways.

Emperor's Children Palatine Blades absolutely bend my Blood Angels over. Also wish I could have the Phoenix Spear upgrade. I fear those things.

3000pts Blood Angels (4th Company) - 2000pts Skitarii (Voss Prime) - 2500pts Imperial Knights (Unnamed House) - 1000pts Imperial Guard (Household Retainers)

2000pts Free Peoples (Edlynd Fusiliers) - 2000pts Kharadron Overlords (Barak Zilfin) - 500pts Ironweld Arsenal (Edlynd Ironwork Federation) - 1000pts Duardin (Grongrok Powderheads)

Wargaming's no fun when you have a plan!

With Daemons Of the Ruinstorm, especially Nurgle: bloody augury scanners. Especially attached to Iron Havocs

So.... I deep strike in and take ten BS5 frag missiles per squad of Havocs immediately, you say?

Tyrant termies or the missile smurfs.

Entire terminator units armed with cyclone missiles.

I get nothing like this from my salamanders or mechanicum.
And playing against them is a pain too.

This may not seem like much, but I abolutely hate landraiders. I often Play against a Bangels Player who runs the Armoured Spearhead RoW. So his intire army have LRs. I Play RG, thus my stupid "Flesh Over Steel" rule does not allow me to take more vehicles than infantry. So i just stand at one side of the board and wait for them to come to me, while their stupid lascannons böast me to pieces. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

These, with Phosphex ammunition from book 6 (I think).

I with the crawling death ability to adjust the "hit" up to 2 inches, so long as you are reasonably close on the first shot, a unit of 3x of these can put upwards of 20 wounds on a unit. I've seen these in action at the AdeptiCon HH event.

For the points, they are too powerful. Giving them the Phosphex Ammo for so cheap was a mistake.

I loathe these.

I've been on the receiving end of 6 quad mortars with phosphex cannisters. They are ugly.
