When you think about how powerful a lich is after being dead only a few centuries, surely undead dino liches must be some of the most powerful creatures on Earth!

"But me no buts! Our comrades get hurt. Our friends die. Falkenburg is a knight who swore an oath to serve the church and to defend the weak. He'd be the first to tell you to stop puling and start planning. Because what we are doing-at risk to ourselves-is what we have sworn to do. The West relies on us. It is a risk we take with pride. It is an oath we honour. Even when some soft southern burgher mutters about us, we know the reason he sleeps soft and comfortable, why his wife is able to complain about the price of cabbages as her most serious problem and why his children dare to throw dung and yell "Knot" when we pass. It's because we are what we are. For all our faults we stand for law and light.

If you are looking for a cheap "clutter" to decorate your gaming table, 1920-1950 cars in between 1:43 and 1:60 scales are ideal. Give them some weathering or maybe hit them with a hammer a couple of times before putting them into a fireplace to create a realistically-looking wreck and you are good to go.

$14 for three tanks, each one bigger than a Land Raider.
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GJJZW2J/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_4?smid=A2X4OP81CX82CN&psc=1
- Size: Approx 20 x 10.8 x 8.8cm/7.87 x 4.25 x 3.46inch
Good for wrecks or Ork battle wagons if nothing else.
And a possibility for my on-hold landing craft project. Replace the command tower, add some engines...
It COULD work.

Something of interest to ship and starship builders...
47 modern ships, planes and choppers. Cut em up and glue em to a Space Hulk, paint them up as transports and escorts, heck write your own South China Sea wargame! For $15 why not?

Looks like some of the aircraft could work with 10 or 15mm minis, even if only as terrain. That's a great find.

I'll be sure to post pics when I get mine. It looks like you get at least 2 of everything (black team and grey team) so some things like stacking the subs hull to hull to make a 3d ship are easy.
Lots of turrets and wings to clip off too.
Fingers crossed it's styrene and not PVC. Even though I know in my heart it's PVC.

Years ago I used WW1'ish toy army men cannons to make flavorful mounts for my IG heavy weapons.
Now clearly they are way too big to truly be man-portable, but 40k isn't about logic and I think that Lascannons that look like light artillery is just cool. I just pulled the guns off, put the lascannon bodies in and attached the power packs with a piece of bass guitar wire.
Using the original mount for the Autocannon, putting Lascannons on these mounts and making the missile launcher's standing-shoulder mounted, you can easily get 3 HW teams out of 1 HW sprue.
They were unavailable for quite a while, but they're back and cheap as chips.
Interestingly, the spindly wheels have been replaced with larger wheels that look even more 40k.

One of the sillier ideas floating in my head is to reproduce these guys using IG figures.
https://smile.amazon.com/Kicko-Plastic-Army-Men-Figures/dp/B0734GBJV9/ref=pd_ybh_a_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=F3N6M6WN62SNDE4S1ESK
If it doesn't make sense, when I was growing up almost all the army men were these exact poses in this glossy green plastic (the tan army didn't appear till Desert Storm in 1991).
Any of our resident 3d sculptors interested in the idea?
