Remember when you said that in a double kit for Household Guard/Gilded Legion spears were for Guard and halberds for Legion? I said then that it was the opposite, which later proved to be correct.

The flipsnap also has plenty of formatting errors. It mentions an artisan raegh while pasting the ward preceptor description. It mentions wargs rather than fenr beastpack. I'd say to take certain elements of that catalogue with a grain of salt.

The First Blood boxes also seem to have incorrect info. They mention 13 bases yet only the Dweghom box has 1 character +6+6 units. The others have 4+4 which doesn't add up.

We'll wait and see but it would be a bummer if it was all resin because of lack of customization/bits.

BTW the Mounted Squires for the 100K are coming too - last 'teasing tuesday' had a photo of them (mainly horses and some small parts of riders visible) but it was taken off quickly.

The dead ferret (or whatever animal) is a great touch, gives the "wilderness savage" vibes! Seriously loving those models even if I don't have Nords.

In my next order I'll try out one of those mats, I don't have any and they look nice. Probably the Snow one.

Also, the Armsmaster is up for pre-order. The bad part is that it's priced 24eur. New characters 20% more expensive? Not great but I can live with it.

So many of the Spires characters just seem too busy to me. Maybe it is how they are painted but big chunks look like a bunch of jigsaw pieces melted together, which completely takes away from the pieces that ARE good. Like those nifty arms.

Catabolic Node:I did not like it when I saw the renders, and seeing it painted does not improve anything. For me it won two prizes - the worst Spires mini (the title held so far by the Assault Preceptor), and the worst Conquest mini (the title held so far by the Nords Captain).

Confirmed that the First Blood boxes content is a bit unfortunate. One is 12 minis, another 10 and the other two only 8. For the same price. For an unknown reason. Sprue distribution perhaps?
Also, it shows that the product booklet has less "errors". Resin Chosen or Sentinels seems more and more plausible now.
General price hike early 2021 got confirmed too. Tempted in making a big order now, though I'd like to see what are the price changes to regiments.

It may be a sprue distribution because for example Drones have 6 bodies there. Resin Chosen or Sentinels are confirmed not plausible

Looking at these 2 Orders renders/concept makes me think that they could be a dual kit.

Volva looks different than I expected (I thought her to be more like the art from a t-shirt) but still she is my favourite Nord one.
