Just got my Sector Imperialis in the mail. Here's pictures of the new sprues.
Spoiler:

The actual content of the box is 4x new sprue, 3x floor sprue, 3x low wall sprue.

Question does this set make 3 buildings or 1 large building?
Having all the old imperial sector sets I am primarily interested in only large LOS blocking buildings.
I have the sanctum, basillicum, and the derelict factorum (which I consider medium sized)

It includes instructions to use the pieces to make 3 buildings. I have little doubt you could make a single larger building out of it, though your choice of pieces is somewhat limited.

Picked up the Derelict Factorum at Darksphere earlier.

Having had a gander at the sprue, I’m somewhat disappointed that the City floor tiles still don’t connect to the Mechanicus ones.

It’s still a really nice looking kit like. But the Mechanicus portion just sort of butts up to the City portion. No linky bits underneath.

Note that the ladders, wires, supports and railings of the Sector Mechanicum also fits the Imperialis floors.

They were designed to fit. You need to go through Ray Dranfield's Twitter to find all the tricks of these kits.

Bundles go up next Saturday. The Imperial Fist one definitely looks to have shoulderpads--or at the very least a transfer sheet.

I put photos of all of them in the OP.

Excelent. They put out adeptus titan one. Very tempting. Warlord, reaver and 2 warhounds with warhounds free. As I was planning of getting 2nd warlord anyway for my Mortis by taking extra reaver(not that it would even be waste...) 2 warhounds. Hell I could even use 2 of these...

GW you are too cunning. Good deal for your best game.

10/10, I am getting that Imperial Fists box. That really signals to me that they are getting some new options.

Are the battleforces limited time only, or will they be around after Christmas?
Also, are the Immortals not on 40mm bases?
They were on 40mm in forgebane, but now they seem to be on 25mm

Variable. Which is to say that some will run out and others will hang around; likely depending on how well they sell and how long GW keeps producing them whilst they sell over Christmas. Some lasted many months last year. It's all a bit of a gamble though and you can be popular ones wll sell fast.

I'd certainly expect the Daughters of Khaine one to sell well considering that you basically get £60 or so of free models and there's almost no waste in the box

I really hope they give that option to all Intercessors, not just the IF ones!

Huh, well that's a pity. I liked how we once had battleforces year round. They were nice sets.
Any word on how much they will be? The necron set looks good, and would round out my current collection nicely.

It's not that awful*, and I really tired of the already sparse Primaris options being segragated into specific chapters. I just want to have some variety in my sergeant loadouts! I am already massively annoued that only SW and BA can take the chainsword.

(*It will be a real contender once they nerf the Raven Guard even more in the CA.)

Isn’t that how they do it, though? Like Space Wolf intercessor sergeants can only take a chainsword as CCW, not a power sword. I’d guess the power fist will be IF only, at least at first.

As much as I like the Primaris models, I wish they’d included the power sword, chain sword, auspex and Power fist bits in the regular kit, and kept the upgrade kits for chapter-appropriate versions (plus all the other cosmetic items), but oh well...

I was wondering how the 2 primaris battleforces compared in terms of savings, but it looks like the value will be similar. All depende on which 7nits you need, of course, and whether you want IF:

“General” Primaris:
10 Intercessors: 45 euro
10 Reivers: 45 euro
1 Repulsor: 65 euro
3 Inceptors: 40 euro
1 captain: 30 euro
Total: 225 euro

Imperial Fist Primaris:
10 Intercessors: 45 euro
5 Hellblasters: 22,50 euro
1 Redemptor: 55 euro
3 Agressors: 40 euro
1 captain: 30 euro
3 IF Upgrade sprues (est. based on the other chapter upgrades except Ultras): 30 euro
Total: 222,50

All C:SM Intercessors can take a Chainsword. It is in the Errata/FAQ for the codex. BA can take Power Swords and Chainswords as well. SW can only take a Chainswords, and DA can only take a Power Sword though.

Yeah, Imperial Fists will have no difficulty wiping out the former cheesy Alaitoc and Stygies VIII armies. It'll be great.

If the rumored Indomitus Veterans Stratagem is true, my Intercessor Sergeants will have 4 Power Fist attacks! 5 if they are near Pedro Kantor!

I don't have European prices, unfortunately, as the US gift guide has them in USD, CAD, NZD, and AUS.

They're $170USD--same as last year.

Belgium website has the old boxes listed at 130Euros.

Yeah, I kept looking at the BA errata by accident. They are the only ones that can take either option.

They're "while stocks last". Some will inevitably last into next year, possibly even to next Christmas and beyond.

BTW: Forgebane Immortals were on 32mm bases not 40mm.

Yeah, that's the one.
Does it look like these bases are on 32mm? They look a bit small to be that.
