Skitarii transport...making grenades great again.
I will say the repulsor tank image from front is best angle yet, but I still prefer the twin linked photoshop version by a country mile

Also don't forget AoS might be sufering from the container trade issues. Sylvanath was to be out already and it might well be another Tome is in the waiting for a release too and GW just haven't hinted because there's no point until they know what's happening with the shipments.
Admech players who wanted a transport already had access to one. The FW drills are amazing vehicles and fit perfectly with admech playstyle. The lack of people buying them doesn't mean they don't exist. I see them all the time in winning lists.

Well, you can't dismiss FW hate. You remember "not official GW rules" plus the cost can be excessive at times. Most people seem to buy models that size one at a time and without free shipping the cost per unit gets crazy. Through in a well deserved dislike for resin and I can see the issue.
I think the only "GW" kit that's more of a pita than any FW kit is the thunderfire cannon. (Killed my dremel fixing that mess)

I'd say that whole Dark Angel's lineup is some of the best FW models we've seen in a while. Not biased or anything. Definitely going to do my Primaris marines in the 30k scheme after seeing this, it's too good.
The 1st Legion
Interrogator-Chaplain Beremiah's Strike Force
The Tearers of Flesh
Really nice showing IMHO; pleasantly surprised after a number of mediocre 40k releases by them. The terminator in particular looks great. I think my only real complaint is some poor detailing on the paint jobs, but that pales in comparison with some really clunky ones they've had recently.
So this is the new Repulsor sprue. I assume that it will replace the third sprue in the normal Repulsor kit. I can't see lascannons here, only heavy bolters. So it is probably like I feared: you are stuck with the heavy bolters for this supposed anti-armour variant. This is massively annoying. Unless the new big laser gun is totally amazing, this probably makes this variant pretty useless.
I can't be the only one who thinks this whole event was a bit of a bust on the studio preview side.
I mean, a FW seminar where they showed off 4 new Dark Angel minis and some mini-Knights we've already seen.
An AoS preview where they one new warband for Warcry and told us about some books we knew were coming.
A specialist games preview where they showed us the Halfling stuff we had already seen, some concept stuff for Wood Elves, Adeptus Titanicus stuff we mostly knew about (other than the card/dash expansions and the terrain), and Necromunda stuff we've already seen (other than Enforcers, which they didn't show).
A 40k preview that shows Apoc is just rules/tokens/dice and movement trays, another terrible looking Primaris tank, the AdMech Transport/Skimmer and Chaos Knights (honestly the most new stuff seen) and a painted version of a SoB we'd already seen.
Only the Contrast stuff was of any real excitement level, and we've got a legion of people here decrying that stuff already.

The worst thing imho were the previews of previews. Like just show us some stuff. The Necromunda teaser was ridiculous.
Love the Dark Angels. I'm guessing this are just generic praetors. GW space marine kids need more has like that. Beard and not screaming. Yeah! I'm tempted to buy them just for the head.

Sally, you appear to be correct. I just went to check the existing sprues.

Nope, I kept waiting for a show-stopper. I half-expected to see surprise announcements today. But...that didn't happen. Just ANOTHER schizophrenic Space Marine transport/tank (seriously, why do we have to give up all the other Lascannons and the Las-Talon on the vehicle destroyer tank? Doesn't it seem like we should be doubling down on them? Seriously, one heavy laser destroyer is the literal only Anti-Tank weapon present on the tank), a somewhat boring Skitarii tank (lots and lots of heavy stubbers), and one Sister of Battle that we have already seen before.
About the biggest thing they showed was the paints. If they actually work as described, they will drastically reduce my gray tide.
The four Dark Angels look great, but they are barely scratch the 30K itch.
I guess Im like the only person that likes the new SM Tank? Its kinda like a Hover Merkava, since the Israelis love shoving excess guns onto armor platforms.

I like that it has a laser destroyer. I like that it can take a plasma incinerator. I don't like that it can't take Lascannons and the Las-Talon. It is supposed to be a tank destroyer, but only has one weapon geared toward that. Missed opportunity.

It's hardly a throwaway game. AI was, in addition to being the best game GW has ever produced, a full game with high quality rulebooks (including extensive fluff sections every 8th edition codex would be jealous of), an entire model range for several factions, and even an expansion book with additional scenarios and a narrative campaign. It didn't sell well because it had the bad fortune to be released at the end of GW's complete mismanagement of the specialist games line, but it was absolutely a complete game on the level of Epic/AT/Kill Team/etc. Don't confuse it with the throwaway box set games that GW writes in 15 minutes to go with the exact models in the box and then never mentions again.
