Well, I don't think there's any Marines left to release at the moment, so I would guess the Sisters/Eldar/more Orks they've been dropping hints about.

Maybe it'll be Horus Heresy/Firstborn in MKII and people can be annoyed at the power armour still.

Yeah can we at least wait for things to actually happen before we get annoyed by them.

No way! This is the internet, land of the straw man killers!

Hope they tease a new Blood Bowl team, i've been waiting ever since it was rebooted for teams like vampires/chorfs/norse/amazons. It seems they couldn't be bothered to do my favorite teams even after all this time.

Well I atleast expect full Ork reveal, something on genestealers and maybe Eldar (Genestealers and Eldar were teased by rumour engine).

On AoS I expect Kragnos to make an appearance.

Here's hoping they show some Middle Earth stuff. I want to see what they've got planned for the Dwarves/Easterlings.

its the exact sisters symbol both.

But anyway the banners are just duplicates each side.
You can see the Warhammer badge, Underworlds symbol, Ork symbol, all on both sides..

I imagine it'll be a preview for pretty much everything - maybe Chaos Titan Legios for AT, the next Blood Bowl team (CHORFS) for BB, House of Shadows and/or a new trade post book, something for AI, something for Underworlds, something for Warcry, something for Kill Team.

That’s a big Thursday preview if we get all of them!

It's naive to expect anything for Horus Heresy. They can't even make their articles on a weekly basis.
Most likely more resources thrown into No-one-cares-omunda. Or more concept (yay!) art for Old World.

What’s the betting we’ll see an expansion for it?

Surely not, unless they have news that its coming back in stock very soon. Interested to see how they handle it though, I presume they still havnt addressed it and it'll be a bit of an elephant in the room come the day for Boxed Games. Might see a press release beforehand or something.

Given how weird they’ve been the past few weeks, it wouldn’t surprise me if they just gloss over it.

As ever, I’m Alright Jack, I’ve got my copy so am down for expansions. But they risk....

A) Pissing me off if the expansions are scrapped

B) pissing those less fortunate in their shopping off if they show off expansions, and don’t mention the core set.

Ideally, they need to

C) Confirm things went wrong, expansions are still coming, and they’re working on getting the core set back in production.

I'd love if they'd just spent all Thursday re-announcing Cursed City as an awesome new, future release as if the botched release simply hadn't happened, gaslighting to the max :p
But I guess they'll stick to Mad Doc's options A) or B), anyway ...

They wouldn't be producing expansions for people without CC but for people with it.

What new release would need to get reduced to make way for cc though? It's not X AND Y. It's X OR Y.

Everybody is happy except GW's profit margin.

I mean, i think GW will just continue pretending Cursed City doesn't exist and never did.

It's almost as if archaic, clunky 80s rule set liked only by a tiny minority and entitled player base that doesn't buy models from GW but from thieves stealing designs then producing knockoffs from toxic resin (at 10x larger markup, at that, fleecing idiots who somehow still praise them) doesn't produce a healthy game worth putting resources into, go figure.

I still find mind boggling that there are people who, given choice between nice looking, official, cheap plastic Mk III and nearly identical (except some bits were made ugly for no reason), stolen Mk II set from whatever cheapest toxic resin thief had on hand for MORE $$$ will pick the second one. I guess using slave labor, paying no taxes and trying to force people who actually designed the stuff out of job can be viable business strategy when dealing with people who must have a mini with tiny, unnoticeable ribbing on back of the thigh (that was then smeared flat with weathering powder in rEaLiStIc FW fashion so you can't see it anyway)

I'm seeing a lot of people online who think GW are putting on a week of preview streams to show us three half seen ranges. Crazy.

While I share your despair for those buying of Chinese recasters, I think there was a subtler way of broaching the subject.

Besides, HH, being based on 7th edition is therefore descended from 3rd edition and is therefore a late 90's ruleset.

Doubtful. It doesn't fall under Boxed Games unless something's changed but maybe they'll do what they did for the Dragon Acolytes/Dain and just throw the article out on the Community site without any fanfare.

Sometimes I wonder if you get commission for GW sales or something.

I'm guessing it's sarcasm, since "official, cheap plastic Mk III" costs $50 for ten marines. Even in this hobby, I don't think that's cheap.

Back on topic, but I still think the two 40k reveals will mostly be focused on the Orks and Sisters. There's probably more reveals for the former, though, so they could reveal a few non Ork and SOB stuff.

In what world is recast Mk.II more expensive than GW's plastic "cheap" Mk.III kits? Incredible.
