I wonder when these will be up for Preorder, beginning of May?

Probably. If the Yarrick stuff is April, there'll be a gap before June's 40k release that this can slip into.

I hope it's soon, I've got some converting to do with those new vehicles.

Much sooner I think, they said they were going to preview the books next week - so that might be then up for preorder next weekend.

That early? I would be up for that! Some vouchers burning in my pocket so yes please!

Aren't we still waiting on eye of terror, maybe later today? After that, possibly a couple weeks for Sigmar, HH and specialist games releases?

Just the Nemesis dossier for me please.

The box is cool and all, but my guard is Krieg, not Cadian, and I dont want more Termagants, therefore not enough content I'd actually want to collect personally. Given that there is no terrain in the box, I'd expect this one to be reasonably priced tho

Really keen to see how they have handled these big monsters in terms of rules mechanics. If its a solid implementation, there is a groundwork in Kill Team which could be expanded into a combined arms skirmish game of sorts, something which I've always wanted from Kill Team scale games. Something with forces about the size as Combat Patrol 40K, but with more modern, granular AA ruleset that eschews abstractions such as "unit coherency"

That sure is one water flavoured kill team.

Good thing it has the Red Terror to add some spice.

Cadians are quite generic, so I'll be picking them up in the future on their own for sure.

Do we know if the Termagants include the weapon sprue? They don't show it in any of the pictures so its unlikely but I also really don't need more basic Termagants

I really don't like the Guard in that box set but also they're really good conversion fodder so I do sort of want it. I've got a pal who has Tyranids, wonder if I can convince him for going halves on it.

Saw prices on B&CS, the Nemesis book is 40 USD, the box itself being 165 USD. Not sure what those figures amount to in euros or GBP

Did you get to see the price of the operatives?

Really curious to see what you can take as a nemesis and whether there are multiple options for each faction

It will depend on how these big characters will function in the game, of course, but this is the first time in years I've genuinely been excited for Kill Team.

The last edition felt like a low-effort money grab that was completely out of touch with the skirmish market, whereas they've made the effort this time; free team rules, solo-coop, agnostic miniatures and now additional large characters. It also a bonus that they've brought back some of the Blackstone Fortress characters, which were ideal for skirmish games.

Something I'd like to see going forward is Custodes, Sisters of Silence, and the BSF Guardian Drones. Also, Chaos Daemons appear to be missing?

Casual gaming, mostly solo-coop these days.

Thank you.

Since the Zoat and Ambull are not on the price listing I can assume Direct only items.

Cheers for the prices.

£30 for the Nemesis set is acceptable, hopefully with 15% discount...£25.50. Not bad considering it contains both a softback and a card pack.

Direct Only usually makes my skin crawl, but was expecting that for the Zoat & Ambull. If too expensive and I had to choose only one, it would be the Zoat as I already have an Ambull. It's just that I painted mine jungle fashion and looks a bit odd in Blackstone Fortress.

If they are direct only means, probably, no fancy packaging and cards and just the models, which may turn out to be a good way to keep mad prices down.

The Enforcer & Ogryn are currently £34, and ex-BSF, so that might be a good way to set expectations. If either is £30 or more than I think I'll have to settle for just one, rather than both.

Edit: Scratch that thought about the Mindstealer - Warcry is still a thing and hopefully just on hold while they handle this "last world" business.

..I think this is the last time I'll post on this topic. I can no longer KT play on weekends(which is the only time the local shops do anything not Magic), the only good solo op is not only limited, but will be quickly snapped up by 40K only players, and the Ambull and Zoat are more or less coop or PvPvE....

Yeah, the Red Terror box will be sold out pretty much immediately due to the 40K rules. It's really unfortunate GW doesnt sell the Campaign dossiers separately (besides this new Nemesis one).

I'd suggest scouring ebay and bitsandkits.co.uk in the coming weeks. BitsAndKits have a habit of selling the box contents individually, if you act fast when they get listed, you might be able to snap up the Dossier

Tried to find out the price and if they will be in general stores and not GW direct only (Zoat and Ambul) but no one gave me a clear answer... I mean by the time these stores are allowed to give answers its too late for anyone preordering online.

Sigh...it's the magnificent Red Terror...AGAIN...

Look, I'm a big fan of ol' red-slobby-chops but it would be nice to have just one article for the Nemesis Operatives journal as well. Just saying...

Campaign rules from the box are available for download from warcom.
