Hello Dakka Dakka community. My name is Goruss and I am new here. I was introduced to this forum through talking with some of my opponents, specifically their intentions to post battle reports here, in the recent Trumperter Salute 40K tournament, where I placed second over all (by one point) and took Best General.
I have been playing GW games for the past six years, and in that time I have collected over 5k of Dark Angels  , 2.5k of Tau  , and am currently working on my Dark Eldar  with 2000pts assembled and painted with more in the works. For Fantasy I have 5k worth of Beastmen, with no one in my area playing fantasy after 8th edition 
Preventing me from devoting all of my time to 40k is a combination of my studying towards a BA History degree and work. However, I still find time for weekly painting sessions with my gaming group at Imperial Hobbies every Tuesday, where we are involved in a year long tournament.
I look forward to contributing to the Dakka Dakka community.
