Feasting on the souls of unworthy opponents

Hey folks!

In an effort to self-moderate and avoid drama I'm shifting my content to the blog I share with Hulksmash. My sixth round battle report can be found here: Linky Linky

While you're welcome to discuss the battle report here, I'd prefer not to be involved in discussions here - so if you have questions or comments for me, please leave them on the battle report. Thanks!

My other Battle Reports for this event can be found here:
Game One
Game Two
Game Three
Game Four
Game Five
Game Six
Game Seven

So...what do you think about having another insane lunatic as a "fan?"

Another good report right up until the drama. Drama never works well. :(

Nice game. Totally on your side... I might be partial because I am a dark eldar player... but I mean that guy was a bit out of wack. maybe because it was a big tournament but. With that many long fangs and razorbacks and all your paper airplane venoms. stop bitching that you can't get kill points... Take your models off the board and be a man...
Bravo on the victory!

What I find interesting is that Dash takes the time in two different battle reports to bash someone he played last month.

Me personally, I rarely run into a douche, but I've been told I'm to nice by several people so maybe my radar is off

Interesting yes. Surprising no. He seems convinced that anyone who disagrees with/has anything negative to say about him is either a douche or a troll.

The victim syndrome is getting tired, and it's why I don't read Hulk's blog anymore

Doesn't apply to wargaming tournaments.

Read the context of the statements, it is a real bummer when people gossip at a GT (or in general). Also, I heard Dorn likes Lucius but Horus is jealous because he wanted to ask Dorn to the prom.

Nice report Dash!
Shame about the drama, and the end results as it were, but well done none the less

Thanks! Now I just need to get my painted improved; this was my second GT to win Best General and miss overall by a few points.

Gossip is not worth acknowledging. Take the high road and let it go.

Its a little hard to do that when this is the second event in a row that Dash has attended and drama has surrounded him.

Also, its a tad odd that both players accused of "gossiping" have denied it and the only person who heard them talking was Dash's wife. Outside the venue. When she happened to be the only person within earshot. Right place/right time I guess.

I've personally see Hulksmash walk through a crowded anime convention and teenage girls fling panties at him.

Or maybe there were actually young boys, I couldn't tell.

They could have also been middle aged men, this requires further study, what was the ratio of boxers to briefs?

Hrm....we'll have to get Hulksmash' input into that one.

Well that pretty much settles it for me. Only innocent people deny things; there has never been a single case in human history where someone lied and denied something they did.
Thanks for clearing that up for us

Way to read the entire post and not just take whatever you wanted and snip it.

And why exactly would I need to quote the rest of it when the first part was the ridiculous part and nothing after "have denied it" could prove or disprove the foolishness of it?

Seriously, how does "and the only person who heard them talking was Dash's wife. Outside the venue. When she happened to be the only person within earshot. Right place/right time I guess." prove the denials true or false? For all you know, Chris intentionally followed her out there just so he could gak talk in front of her. Wouldn't be the first time he's done that.

You have no information to back yourself up

Reach a little further there, chief. And while you're at it, adjust your tinfoil hat.

I have the same information Dash does.

Considering the crap Chris pulled at the Alamo GT as a spectator, I would not be surprised if he did something similiar at this event.

I like how a month ago you were crying that all of your posts were being deleted off of Hulk's blog when all you were doing was offering constructive criticism, not trolling.

Here we are, a month later, where you decide to go to one of Dash's threads and do nothing but make personal attacks and general trolling.

You think Dash is evil incarnate; we get it. You're not doing a very good job showing us why he's the jerk and you're the angel though.

Sall good Omerakk. I ended up third overall and was the only undefeated dude there. Dash and I actually called what would happen before we even got there as soon as we found out the first day didn't count. Besides, it's not the first time Dash has grabbed an award with a lower overall record in a GT with me
