65 infantry, 12 walkers, 2000 points. I love this army.

Disclaimer: I do not own these models, but the new Skitarii book is too cool to resist playing with.

SKITARII MANIPLE:
5 Ruststalkers; Princeps (warlord) has Conversion Field (170 points)
2 squads of Plasma Vanguard, each w/ 10 Vanguard, Enhanced Data-Tether, & 3 Plasma Calivers (2x 195 pts)
2 squads of Arc Vanguard, each w/ 10 Vanguard & 3 Arc Rifles (2 x 115 pts)
2 squads of Transuranic Rangers, each w/ 10 Rangers, Omnispex, & 3 Transuranic Arquebuses (2 x 205 pts)
3 Onagers, each w/ Neutron Laser & Cognis Heavy Stubber (345)

[Edit: In classic "boys over toys" fashion, I went light on squad upgrades except for the guns. The Plasma Vanguard are the only ones to get the Data Tethers because they'll be drawing a lot more fire and taking more Ld checks than the Arc Vanguard, while the Rangers will be safe in the backfield next to the Onagers' Data Tether bubble.]

IRONSTRIDER CAVALIERS:
2 squadrons of Taser Dragoons, each w/ 3 Sydonian Dragoons, each w/ taser laser and one with Phosphor Serpenta (2 x 145)
1 squadron of 3 Ironstrider Ballistarii w/ autocannons (165)

The Onagers take up a good shooting position in the backfield with the Rangers on either flank, the three units forming the gunline. The 4 squads of Vanguard move forward as, wait for it, a vanguard, using their Maniple bonuses to get into shooting range as fast as possible, with the Warlord and his Ruststalkers right behind as a counter-charge unit to turn the tide in any critical close combats. Then the Cavaliers come in from the flanks.

Well, if you check out Sister Sydney's homebrew/expansion rules, you'll find all kinds of units the Sisters could have, that fit with the theme of the Sisters (as a tabletop army) perfectly well, and are damn-near-perfectly balanced.

I’m updating that fandex now & I’m eager for feedback on new home-brew units for the Sisters: Sororitas Bikers, infiltrators & Novices, tanks, flyers, characters, superheavies, Frateris Militia, and now Confessors and Battle Conclave characters

You don't need the extra 5 Rangers per squad. If you arm a squad with arquebuses, they should be holding rear objectives away from enemy line in cover. Those points could be better used on Onagers with Icarus Arrays or Ballistarii with cognis autocannons for AA support. That is the only flaw I see, as a heavy air force could cause havoc at 2000 points.

Thanks. I went back and forth on 5 vs 10 Rangers per squad, and I'm willing to give up the extra bodies & shots now you point out the shortage of anti-air. While the Icarus Array is cool, I'm skeptical of Skyfire guns in a take-all-comers list, so I'll trade 10 Rangers for two more Autocannon Ballistarii (added to the Maniple, not the Cavalier formation).

That leaves 50 points from dropping two Transuranic Arquebuses. What to buy? I'm thinking one more Ruststalker and the Pater Radium to beef up the Warlord's unit, but I could give more infantry squads Omnispexes and Data Tethers instead.
