From everything i have read over the past several months heres my theory of whats going on, first is dark eldar, second grey knights in this release will be the raven and plastic storm troopers non fw dred. third is necrons. our mystery box will probably be blood bowl, I heard the almighty greedy gw president is kicking himself about making blood bowl open source, hence all the threating lawsuits.also alot of knock off minatures out their. They invested way to much time and money with Lotr games here lately and the fan base has died down. so he wants to do something with blood bowl. now that the video game has gotten so popular and now alot of people are wanting to play the table top version and the minatures need redone hopefullly muti part plastic, also on the fantasy side look for your new army books to be released with the new apoc. stlye kits on the kits i do not know but ill bet it will be for one of the armies in the new box set as GW always make them army books first. My gut tells me it will be a bad ass dragon for the HE ,hell pit ad. for the skaven. it seems to me gw is turning the new ed. into a larger scale warmaster. yeah now we know how to get the veteran players to spend big money again!!!!!all of theese will be relaesed simulanteuosly with the shooping season starting.

Storm raven? Pft. Maybe from FW, but I doubt GW would make it. They know the limits of plastic molds. A thunderhawk would be even worse.

Plastic Valkyrie!!!
Plastic Drop Pod!!!!
the concept of a storm raven or even a thunderhawk are not that unlikely.

British GW didn't say IoB twice.... Bah, nobody can make plastic kits that big
BTW, someone said that there will be no Stormraven kit, just a conversion article in WD using current models. Don't know if that is true, but it is possible.

Yeah, Games-Workshop will make a really big deal out of charging extra for one box. I doubt it my man...
Personally, I just feel its the competition winner rather than anything of real interest.

My understanding is that the real limitation for the big kits is machine time. They basically hog the machines so that they can't produce anything else concurrently. So you'd need a big "hole" in the release schedule for it to be produced. But a Thunderhawk could be done and I personally believe it's already been (electronically) designed. And FWIW I doubt the SR would be much bigger than the LR or Valk kits.
Back on topic, I tend to think they keep DE under wraps for a while longer. They'd overshadow Island of Blood too much. And we all know that GW wants us buying Islands of Blood right now...

Is that a real train gun or some kind of mod? I don't get it, the gun looks looks like it can't swivel i.e. can only fire in the direction the train tracks are facing. Possibly blowing up the railroad and its only means of getting around.

Germans and Brits used these during WW2 a bit. They were capable of firing across the English Channel. Yeah, really.

More likely to be flaws in the palstic? are you kiddding?
90% of the things you receive from forgeworld in resin will be warped, air bubbled, distorted in some manner ...
In comparison, putting together all of these armies ive come across mabye 5 bad casts of plastic .... now metal ive gotten plenty of crap, like half inch thick flash etc.

Really? Every tank I've gotten so far has been warped (two rhinos, a russ and a land raider) in some way.
