wraith guard count as troops / elites regardless of quantity
wraith lords elite and heavy.

I'd also like to wraithguardseers to lead squads of wraithguard

I would love to run this wraith army.

The main jist from Forge World is that they want it released in late July.

I am very much okay with that, as it's my birthday.

They've said they want the Warhammer book to be out for GDUK, at the earliest though.

You've got them inverted mate, Throne of Chaos is July while IA11 is going to be 'August/September-ish'
